I didn't like the smell of the 2nd floor corridor and the smell of the bathroom. It was clean, but there was something that smell bad. the towels were grimacing. people in the restaurant, front desk and room service were very nice.

Very nice hotel located within a block of the World Trade Center/Pespi Center. Visited for a trade show and was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. I opted for the Executive Level which was not that much more, especially when the exchange is $18.60 pesos to the dollar. A great deal and nice extra amenities. Plenty of free bottled water, continental...

The staff was really nice. The concierge tried his best to make my stay perfect. the room was good size and bathroom was well cleaned. Breakfast is wonderful. The only not-so-good comment was not having an additional blanket on the bedroom.

Great location for attending events at the World Trade Center, but also conveniently located to the National Museum of Anthropology, The Palace of Fine Arts and the Castillo de Chapultepec. There is shopping in walking distance and several good restaurants are nearby. I asked for a quite room and received such in an otherwise noisy city. The food in the...

I stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago and wasn't impressed, but tried it again upon recommendation of one of my coworkers. I was disappointed. The area is nice. The rooms look nice when you step in, but there are just too many annoyances. Here are a few. There is no outlet easily accessible from the desk. There...

Great location, the hotel is super close to the WTC. There is a seven eleven crossing the street and many places where you can have some food. The room was very clean and comfortable (it has a bathtub). Breakfast is really good, lots of food to choose from, lunch was ok and so was dinner. The hotel has a parking...

Based on my previous many experiences at the Crown Plaza hotels and brand, my expectation was always high. Upon checking at the hotel, I would normally be greeted with a standard greeting because of my platinum level. I did not get greeted this way, but I was asked if I want the points of a free drink. Add to that,...
