Hotel's Favourite
We’ve had a nice time at Hilton Santa Fé. The highlights go the reception and restaurant staff, who are always nice and welcoming, and the breakfast. The room is quiet and comfortable. The shower has good pressure/temperature and the bathroom has good amenities. The only down side was that there was a private party in the terrace the day we were there, so we could not use the pool - which were one of the reasons we chose to stay there. They offered to put us in a corner, but the music was loud so it was impossible to sit down and relax and read a book by the pool. Even a person (don’t know if the hotel staff or someone hired) asked how long we intended to stay - as if he wanted us out as fast as possible. We ended up not staying and enjoying the pool, which for me was frustrating. Other than that, great hotel.

We got a suite on the 8th floor--great views and included free breakfast and afternoon snacks. Great location in one of the best neighborhoods in Mexico City. The bed was big and comfortable. Lovely bathroom and plenty of space. Hotel provided an extra bed for our 14 year old son. Had a small issue with the safe not working but it was fixed right away. Everyone was top notch as far as service goes and went above and beyond to make our stay great. Only issue was loud music playing in front of the hotel on Friday night, Great amenities and good location for shopping and many, many restaurants close by.

Unbelievable hotel!!! My daughter and I stayed 4 nights and it was one of the best trips… all because of the staff at this hotel. They went OUT OF THEIR WAY to make our trip seamless. They arranged transportation to all destinations… all we had to do is call the hotel and a taxi was on the way to our location. There is a mall underneath the hotel, that they gave us a tour of. The breakfast is a wide buffet and they knew us and our beverage as soon as we arrived. I can’t say enough about the quality of service

We went to the New Year dinner where to our surprise it was completely different from what was offered in the promotionals of the event. The food was a very simple buffet. The living room only had a 2025 decoration a dessert table, the rest very X for the event. The living room had no decoration. The dreadful music, we had to ask the DJ to already set the chimes because it was 5 for 12 and he was still with his music mix. No host responsible for the event. Chilaquiles who offered cold, dry were sorry. They charged 4,500 per person and the event didn’t give half of it. A fiasco!!!! Never attend this type of event at this Hotel. Debut and farewell.

Took a Group of 24 to Mexico City. The hotel and staff couldn't have been any more accommodating. Their service was second to none and they all went over and above to make sure everything was amazing for our whole group. The onsite restaurant food was good(lots of variety on the breakfast buffet daily). The location attached to the Mall made it easy to pick up anything that our travels forgot or required.
Every member of their staff was friendly and helpful.

Staying at the Hilton Mexico City Santa Fe and it has been the most horrible Gold Member experience ever: cold water in bathroom sink, staff didn't tell me I had access to Executive Lounge (night only) access until the morning of my checkout, at which time they also told me there would be a charge for breakfast, which was horrible. Selection was not good and just a lot of carbs. The restaurant staff brought me a tab for $0.00 and then replaced it with a 2nd tab for 180 MXN. The elevator reeked of horrible sewage smell and all of the glasses in room were dirty. No slippers, robe, or vanity items like at all of my other Hilton hotels I've stayed at (stayed in 4 different Hiltons in last month for my Japan tour). I didn't even have tea or coffee in my room. The staff here does not speak English hardly at all and they are very inconsiderate about trying to help you figure things out.
I'm seriously considering changing brands due to this experience.

The staff was great, from the point of check-in and throughout my stay, the employees were all very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room was good and typical for a Hilton. Also, while this area of Santa Fe is designed for car use, one can easily walk to downtown or to the commercial area nearby.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton, Santa Fe, Mexico City. The staff was very courteous and attentive. The proximity to many shops and restaurants as well as a super market was very helpful during the duration of our stay. The rates were a tremendous value given the size of the room, the amenities, to include a rooftop pool and gym and the breakfast. Will definitely stay here again when Mexico City travel comes up.

They deducted an improper charge from my husband's card that, according to him, was due to smoking and in the security cameras he was not seen smoking and 5 days have passed without returning the almost 6,000 pesos. Don't leave warranty cards. They charge extra upon arrival just as they charge for daily parking. There is no restaurant. They are very abusive

The Hilton Mexico City Santa Fe is the place to stay when visiting Mexico City. The staff are excellent and the hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable and in a safe area!
The staff arranged a taxi for us to have all day so we could go sightseeing without worrying about safety issues.
There are amazing restaurants to have dinner just a short walk away and also a grocery store (very nice) in the mall under the hotel which was a plus!
The gym and pool on the top floor were great!
Any woman traveling alone would love this hotel for its location and helpful staff!

Last time they emailed me they said the would open the pool at minimum capacity but you should email them directly
hello, they do have two queens, as far as I know...you get access to executive floor if you are gold Hilton Honors, or you get an upgrade hope this works :)
No metro. But there is Uber and buses
There is a nice pool in the hotel to use, not sure about day passes if you are not staying at the hotel.
