The W Hotel has it´s usual whimsical decoration in a great location near Polanco and the Bosque. For some, the rooms may a little bit too modern, however, they serve their purpose well and on the higher floors have a great view over the city. A couple of good restaurants are in the building, and the hotel boasts a standard...

We stayed at this very well-situated hotel for a weekend visit to Mexico City. Quick and efficient check-in and check-out. Great room and comfortable king bed. Everything you'd expect from a W. (Didn't love the bath products, but maybe that's just personal taste.) We returned from our first day out and about to an uncleaned room - after enquiry Housekeeping...

You can't beat the location: safe, walkable, lots of nearby Cafes... Theater, Parque Chapultepec and museums. The hotel has a 'younger' vibe than others in the chain, the lobby bar /second floor restaurant are frequented by 20, early 30 somethings... but there was no noise carrying over. The restaurants nearby are excellent and filled with locals. Mexico City is widely...

This hotel is a joy. The property is beautiful and the restaurant is a treat. But most of all we appreciated the staff----friendly, helpful, prompt and knowledgeable. All in all, one of the best hotels we have stayed in in Mexico.

The rooms and the hotel was as expected clean, comfortable and with a modern twist. I loved the murals in each room and the overall renovation of the hotel. However I was disappointed when I was not able to get my preferred vodka on a Saturday night. Because Johnny Walker was sponsoring the night at the hotel bar the only...

Like all W hotels the Mexico City offering is a hotel for young people. The communal spaces are dark and the bar transfers into a nightclub of an evening. The location of the hotel is central and in a nice neighbourhood. The arrival is pleasant enough with welcoming staff. There are 3 lifts/elevators in the hotel which are all very...

Hello Gregory B; Thanks a lot for sharing this review with us, i think is very objective. I'm sorry to hear about the elevator, we have stairs at the end of our halls, eventhough it isn't an excuse, we know about our elevators situation and we are working to improve them. About the breakfast included, our rates depends on the...

The W in Mexico City is conveniently located in the upscale business area of Polanco, therefore other cool retail shops and posh restaurants as well other US chain hotels are in close proximity. Area appears to be safe even at night for single business travellers, although I still would advise to practice normal caution, kidnappings for ransom are slightly increasing...

Good service. Rooms recently renovated. Restaurants, now under the Jose Andres brand, are good. Although in my opinion the theme goes too far for breakfast: papaya and Idiazabal cheese don't go well together.

Great choice for a short visit to DF in the very walkable, upscale area of Polanco. All features of the usual W formula: semi obnoxious bad trip in an 80s nightclub decor included.
