We arrived here on a Friday evening. The staff weren't very friendly and didn't seem prepared for our booking and one disappeared, seemingly to go and check the room before we got there. They didn't offer to show us where the room was, when we opened the door to the room it became clear why. We expected the room to...

I guess you get what you pay for but this was just another story. The room are small (as we expected) but the problem is there is one window to an internal area and no fan in the room. I woke up every hour and had to cool myself down with a walk outside our room and cold towel. Without...

If you are looking for room service and a chocolate on your pillow this is not the hotel for you. If you are on a tight budget and want a clean, safe room with a bathroom but few frills this is the one for you. Great location, clean, efficient staff, faultless free wifi, a bathroom where everything works all at...

I arrived thinking that the Rooms would be somewhat similar to the ones at the place but is horrible. Had no windows and was extremely hot. Not even a fan. Extremely noisy, you can hear doors shutting all the time and when people talk. Even other activities could be heard. The supposed clean room had a chewed cookie on one...

Very close to Zocalo-Plaza Constitucion. If you have no idea where staying, this is a good choice. Rooms are basic And simple, And considering you're so in the middle of the city price are quite good. Great big Palace, with lift And of course Wi-Fi

Conveniently located in the heart of the city. Two subway stations are close to the hotel. Staff are kind enough to bring our luggage to the room, which we asked them to keep when we had arrived earlier.

Great location only 3 blocks from the Zocalo. Only 3 blocks from the Metro, which is only 45 cents per ride equal to BART in San Francisco as to safety and cleanliness for ten times the amount. And do get street tacos from Los Cocuyos just 3 blocks away. Extremely loud room, espicially from 10 PM to midnight

We then grabbed the pillow with one of those insects that we killed and take it to the the attendant in the front desk showing the evidence along with the weals in our body. The dependant moved us to another...

“The budget rooms do not have windows to the street, but do have windows that open to spacious ventilation shafts (ours had a huge potted plant in it) that extend upward to the open sky and provide a draft of fresh air and some diffuse natural light.”
