Good value hotel, booked it since I couldn't find something better in this price since i booked my holiday quite late. My only issues are location, since something closer to zocalo would be more convenient and safer and that the staff doesn't speak English. I manage to communicate basic stuff though. Room was clean and had great service every day,...

Stayed here 2 nights before heading to other parts of Mexico after flying into the airport. The lobby is gorgeous. There is always a plate of fresh fruit sitting out that changes daily. They havd free wifi which I was able to stream Netflix from no problem. We got a standard 2 bed room and the room was huge. The...

This hotel is located in between Guerrero & Hidalgo metros, not too far from the center. It has a metrobus station just outside and tons of cabs pass by every minute. We booked 2 nights online for about 1050 pesos, and got the Fragata "suite", room 105, with a jaccuzzi. The decoration may be a tad dated, but all is...

That was my fourth time in Hotel Lepanto. Actually, that's the only hotel in Mexico City where I have stayed (and paid for it from my own pocket). I first stayed there 5 yrs ago, on 3 separate occasions, and once just a week ago. It hasn't changed much. Again, I can confirm it's great. My experience 5 yrs ago...

Although it has been a few years since I stayed at Lepanto (more than once), I had no problems. I was happy to have an economical place that provided clean rooms, a very good restaurant, and an interesting short walk to the historical center of the city. You will find history along the way. TripAdvisor is making me lie about...

Our first indication should have been that it was the ONLY hotel that had available rooms on a Saturday at the last minute. Our taxi driver warned us not to leave the hotel at night, because the neighbourhood was not safe. We had booked a room with a jacuzzi, and had to change rooms when the room they gave us...

I had a super time here at this clean and nicely priced hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds were good. I had no mosquito problems and slept well. Remember that this is a budget hotel and I think most people will agree it is good value. The only slight downside is that the helpful staff do not speak...

The staff were very friendley but no one spoke english. The beds were so hard I took the cushions off the couch and put them on the bed. The rooms had no air conditioning or fans and were hot and stuffy during the day. There was only 1 small window to open. The room had no power outlets even the...

Successfully booked by hotelclub.com I was pleasantly surprised by the room I got at the Lepanto hotel. To start with, it is not a very known hotel so the taxi driver had some troubles finding it, so you better know the complete address. The room was absolutely clean and so was the bathroom. The furniture and equipment looked quite new...

I've stayed at the Lepanto twice, and was pleased both times. The location is super, two blocks from the metro, and walking distance to the Alameda and Belles Artes. While I am always a little jumpy in Mexico City, the street seemed safe. There is a nice store and pharmacy right next door to the hotel. The Lepanto is clean...
