I wound up at this hotel because my original hotel in Polanco was overbooked. I wasn't too happy, but it turned out, it was half the price and covered my basic needs. The internet worked fine, it was clean and had toiletries, dryer and bottled water. The hotel offered a complimentary simple breakfast of cereals and yogurt in the morning....

Stayed at this hotel for two nights before returning to London. The staff was extremely friendly, especially Senor Carlos who got me a cab for the airport, Senor Miguel who emailed me to let me know my friend had not returned to the hotel after missing her flight and the night porter, a lady who was very kind and found...
