We stayed here 5 nights in November. Very well located in Roma Norte near Lardo, see my other post and street markets in this slightly run down area of old colonial houses and buildings. Wonderful attentive and helpful staff, the only let down was the restaurant which, perhaps due to the minimal number of guests, there are only 14 rooms... More

I booked this hotel for my first trip to Mexico City (and out of the US for that matter), and was skeptical prior to my arrival, but once I arrived at the hotel, I knew I had made the right decision. Upon arriving, I gave the hotel clerk my name and ID (who spoke enough english to make the process... More

Casa de la Condesa offers basic rooms with no water pressure in the shower, very used mattresses and furniture. Do NOT expect US standards for comfort. That being said, the location is fantastic, the rooms on the back are quiet, while the rooms overlooking the plaza offer a gorgeous view with a charming balcony, but can be very noisy. All... More

I've stayed at Casa de la Condesa quite a few times (solo) and recently made a reservation for an August date through Expedia. Days later I received a notice that a group was extending their stay and I would be moved to a sister hotel in Polanco. My friends and business are in Roma and a stay in Polanco would... More

There really isn't a more perfect location in Mexico City than where this hotel is in Roma. The plaza outside is so pleasant and is loaded on all sides with great restaurants. The hotel is air conditioned (in May and possibly thru summer. This is really RARE. Everything is clean and functional and the staff is really great, but the... More

So happy I found this Casa de la Condesa, definitely the greatest spot with cute cafes and restaurants close by. The hotel provides the best service, really nice rooms and of course also really good food! I'm totally coming back to Casa De La Condesa on my next visit!

When I checked out, I paid in cash. This hotel, however, after I left, charged the credit card I had on file and continues to tell card services that I never paid. SOBs. Keep your receipts for this place (though I will never return).

This boutique hotel is at a walking distance from Turibus and tram. It is located in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood with cosy restaurants nearby. Shopping area in Zona Rosa is also near. So that, it is perfecto to explore the town. Since I travelled alone, I got a double room single use in the worst area of the... More
