I highly recommend Condesa Amatlan 84. It's an unassuming little spot, but it's extremely welcoming and Paul, Alicia and the rest of the staff couldn't be nicer. But the biggest reason to stay here is the amazing location in the Condesa neighborhood. You won't want to leave! If you're planning on visiting the pyramids, make sure to go with Efren,... More

Condesa Amatlan 84 is a very small, simple place and is perfect if that is all you are after. Very clean and comfortable room. The owner and staff are extremely friendly making you feel more like a family guest than a client. The location is great if you are going to hang around this part of town, clean, friendly and... Here's everything that I liked or even loved: 1. Location - location location. Great for reaching fun destinations for activities and meal time. Great for strolls. Loved the nearness of Parque Mexico and Parque Espana. Lots of food options. A lovely food market (Pechuca) not far. 2. Lovely decor - serene colors and yet fun. 3. Our room - modern... More

Great, clean and cosy. Helpful staff, beautiful rooms - couldn't asked for anything more. The location was also fantastic - close to the subway and fantastic food. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Found this hotel on bookings.com and all the reviews sounded great! From the airport our taxi driver didn't know the place/address so make sure you have the phone number to call them. Our room was on the ground floor with an outside terrace. Clean, comfortable, sheets smelt amazing! Coffee in room and daily water bottles. It's not huge but in... More

The hotel was lovely - the beds in the room were very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. What was most impressive was the level of service and helpfulness - Paul the manager went out of his way to help - booking us taxis, giving us advice on restaurants, places to shop etc. One of our party was not feeling... We had an excellent time. The location is perfect for getting around. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable which I was not expecting. So comfortable that my husband wanted to buy the same mattress back home.

This small hotel is located in La Condesa area, very close to many different restaurants and small or wellknown cafeterias. This area has a lot of life during day and night and it´s really a good place for walking surrounded by streets full of trees and plant. The staff was very nice during our three nights stay. The building seems... More

We had a room for two persons. It was small and simple, but clean, nicely arranged and with nothing really missing. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, e.g. with giving advise on how to get around in the city or on which metro lines to use. The Bosque de Chapultepec is in walking distance, and several smaller shopping opportunities... More

After reading the reviews for Condesa Amatlan, we booked a 3 night stay here before heading off to a one week Mexican jungle resort stay. Paul the manager was very friendly and helpful and it felt like we were staying at a good friend's house in an unfamiliar city. Every conceivable amenity was provided for the guest from exceptionally clean... More

“If you are big and/or are a light sleeper I would recommend you not to take the suite 6. The bathroom is tiny (all others are normal) but we stayed here because of the lovely balcony (see picture) and the huge windows. In Condesa the houses are quite close to the street so, in general, you better avoid rooms facing the street.”
