Here you get the Westin experience: very comfortable, quiet and well decorated rooms. Service is superb. It has a great restaurant to enjoy a good breakfast and a nice dinner. It is located at the heart of Santa Fe; which means very convenient when doing business in the Santa Fe area. Interestingly, room rates are reasonable. This Westin should be...

I regularly travel to Mexico City on business, particularly the high-end, new business district of Santa Fé Fé and the Westin is my go to! This time last year would have been 4 stars... but over the last year the staff are making an extra push to ensure everything possible is done to make your stay comfortable along with the...

If you expect a mexican experience close to this hotel is bad choice. If you're a bussiness man this is the place. Hotel is located in Santa Fe, far from downtown, rooms a amazing and service too. Staff is great and the area is secure. The restaurant downstairs is ok and the breakfast excellent. Shopping centers are very close from...

The hotel overall is very nice, excellent for executives. I loved that there was a midnight menu. The personal is very nice and helpful. Great view and close to a very complete shopping mall and restaurants. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms very modern and well maintained. Some things that I didn’t liked were: expensive WiFi (there is...

This is an excellent place to stay. The rooms are very nice and the beds are comfortable. And the staff works really hard to make you comfortable. Very clean and very well maintained property. My only complaint is with the WiFi (slow and sometimes cuts out), but I have found that to be a common problem in Latin America. Mexico...

I visit this Westin nearly monthly. One of the best Westin hotels anywhere. Period. The attention to service, amazing rooms, fabulous breakfast and entire staff makes it so worthwhile when coming back here time and time again. Total luxe without any snootiness only genuine warmth. Highly recommend it. Easy to get too from either the Mexico City or Toluca airport.

This is possibly my 6th stay, and the Westin is consistently an excellent experience. Service: Whether it's the front desk, the restaurant staff or the housekeeping, everyone is immensely helpful. It's hard to outshine Mexico's already high level of hospitality, but they have done it. Effortless check in and other to-room service. Breakfast: Admittedly the only meal I eat in...

Was again at my preferred Mexico DF hotel : The Westin Santa Fe. This is a great hotel if one needs to stay in the Santa Fe district of Mexico City. Very nice accommodations , attentive staff and easy to do business. Has a good bar/restaurant in the lobby and easy access to fantastic restaurants at adjacent mall.
