Hotel is conveniently located for Santa Fe area. Spacious and spotless rooms, comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Great choice of food for breakfast. Friendly staff. Very good option for business trip.

Our entire stay was ruined. Honestly book elsewhere if you want consistency and service recovery. 1) I requested for my included sparkling wine & strawberries. Room service took 2 hours to bring them, and I had to call twice to follow up for them. These were supposed to be in the room pre-arrival. 2) The bed had hair within the...

The positive reviews from other guests regarding this hotel's rooms and amenities are accurate, so I will not expand on those comments. That is the basis for my 4 star rating as well - this is a very nice hotel. That said, I would like to alert US/Canadian travelers that you need to watch yourself with the water & food...

Westing is one of my Favorites choice in Santa Fe. Theres not really much to do in Santa Fe as its far of Mexico City main attractions but you can easily get a cheap uber and go to Polanco, Reforma or wherever you want. The rooms are big enough, breakfast and facilities are more than acceptable at a reasonable price.

I have stayed at a coupe of Westin's and this one did not disappoint. The hotel itself is up the hill at Santa Fe so if you need to be in the city its not a great choice as its a good 30+ min in heavy traffic to get to the CBD and main business areas however this is a...

The hotel is absolutely fantastic. The room are big and clean. Beds are heavenly. The lounge is on 11th floor and is a little small. It does get a little windy outside. They also charge for Scotch but wine and beer are free.

This is a pretty property - but it is plagued, especially at the food service side - but also a reception - by a bad case of Mexican sloth. For example, the Market restaurant, which was supposed to open at 6:30 AM wasn't even cleaned up from the night before at 7 and was barely open. Tried to use the...

If you have to stay planted at the lobby for 3 hours for your check-in, you're bound to a bad start. Front desk, from its manager (Guillermo / Ricardo) to several agents are simply lost at their job (Liliana, Miguel). At often times, they would look at each other with no idea on what to do, or giving wrong information....

This hotel is well located in Santa Fe along with the rest of 5 star big names hotel. There is a very nice Spanish restaurant in the basement of the hotel. It's got a courtyard and you can eat outdoors. The hotel features in their web site a swimming pool but it is the size of kids pool, so small...
