We chose this place for our first trip to the DF. As frequent Marriott customers, this played a big part in our decision on where to stay. In the days leading up to Christmas, the hotel was not very busy, so the executive lounge and all of the amenities were not particularly used. Service was great from the beginning to...

We stayed at the JW because it was a great hotel on the park where we wanted to run in the mornings and spend time. A wonderful hotel. Rooms are decent size. Very business focused. Not as fun and energetic as the W next door but a nice hotel with really wonderful staff. The area around the hotel is very...

This is an outstanding Marriott property, with quiet, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly bilingual service, good fitness room & pool, well located near Polanco neighborhood restaurants. Can be a bit pricey, but worth it.

This is my first time in a JW Marriott and I have to say I was totally impress. The hotel looks more like a business hotel but during the weekend was perfect for a short trip to Mexico City with the family. The neiborhood is very safe, full of restaurants and not too far a away from reforma (10 min...

I stayed here overnight for a layover in Mexico City. The hotel was well appointed and the staff were courteous and attentive. I didn't have much time to explore the area but there are some nice bars in the vicinity and you can also get some great street tacos in the area. The gym is also good for exercising during...

This is an excellent choice for travelers wishing to stay in the Polanco district. I'm told the JW was originally planned as a Mandarin Oriental and their are definitely subtle Asian influences in the room design and furnishings. The hotel is very quiet and a nice oasis in a busy city. Excellent restaurants on site including a branch of Paris'...

This is an excellent option for a luxury hotel in Polanco. For comparison, I usually travel to Mexico City on weekend escapes several times a year and usually stay at the Four Seasons or St. Regis.
