For those of you inquiring about this hotel, I read many Trip Advisor reviews on Galería Plaza Reforma with negative comments from bad customer service to in room theft. It did not sit well with me, but I booked it anyway. I then saw for myself and I am glad I did it. We did not have any of the...

We chose this place for our first visit to the city based on recent reviews and stayed four nights. Location is great, about 500m away from the metro and close to many conveniences. Service was great while room was clean and quiet. Great value!

This hotel was our family's refuge from the heat and madness of a first big holiday overseas starting in Mexico City. Functional business type hotel and room, perfectly good for 2 adults and kids 8 and 10 sharing double beds. Excellent rooftop small swimming pools (if a litttle shallow) for early morning and late afternoon swims with kids. Staff especially...

I always enjoy staying at the Galeria Plaza Reforma. The hotel is nice, the staff excelent and it's close to many fine restaurants and easy to access most of the things that I want to do. And I alway's look forward to the breakfast buffet in the morning and often a nightcap in the evenings.

Ask for a room opposite to the street cause sometimes you can have noise in the morning due to trucks. ( it happens to me once). Otherwise room are quite large, breakfast is international/mexican standard Good restaurant for dinner ever if there is not so many clients. Pool and swim bassin on the top.

Stayed with my daughter and had a great few days before leaving for Tulum. Friendly, helpful staff, great rooms & breakfasts. In the thick of a wonderful city. Nice pool, if a tad shallow, but if you need to cool down & escape the city heat, it's perfect.

The room was comfortable and entirely adequate, very clean and well maintained. This hotel is a typical city centre transit hotel with most people staying one or two nights and then moving on. Reasonable restaurant but somewhat limited choice.

I stayed this hotel with my colleagues couple of times. It is still ok in terms of value of stay considering cost. However I was really disappointed with quality and specially service of restaurant for breakfast. If we are not pitch in tips, staffs are ignoring table although it needs to be cleaned.

A good hotel for couples and business man. Not worth the price, the service is great, except for the wake up that we had on a Sunday at 8:50 by the personnel that was going to do the bed. The pool site is amazing with a great view. The service of tv is not good, you cannot change the language...
