The main reason for me to choose this hotel is its location. Close to everything. It is good value for the price and the location. But the property is quite old. The room smells not so good. what makes it worse is that the window can't be opened. The carpet looks dirty and should be replaced.

Cant say enough good things about the hotel, special thanks to Fabiola front desk, and Ronniel the concierge who went way beyond to help you in any way he could. The rooms were clean and fresh and always a smile from all the staff. The morning buffet was really nice, however I found it to be a little expensive, about $17...

The service was excellent, courteous and friendly. The beds were very hard so those who prefer a slightly softer mattress will will be somewhat disappointed. The morning buffet was nice however, many of the warm items were not very warm. The evening restaurant food was only average. The overall food quality and prices I would rate as slightly above average....

I stayed with the hotel for 4 nights. The room was spacious! Room was spotless clean with very strong wifi signal. The only complaint I had was the shower tap was not functioning well. The overhead shower and the bathtub tab both worked the same time and I cannot shut off one to use the other (or maybe I don't...

Convenient location and friendly staff. Good value for money. Unfortunately, on my last day at the hotel, someone with access to my room stole my wristwatch from my computer bag, so that ruined my overall experience.

We really appreciated the hotel staff being friendly and the service they provided to make our stay more enjoyable. We requested assistance to acquire tickets for the ballet folkloric, and the concierge was able to have them delivered to the hotel!

Stayed here 4 nights for a brief visit to Mexico City. Location just off Reforma Blvd was perfect. Quiet location yet close to Park/ Museums/ restaurants/ shops. Staff all very personable and Consierge was very knowledgeable and helpful.
