This was our first time to stay in Mexico City and Las Alcobas was amazing. There are many resort destinations in Mexico that we can't fly direct from LAX. So, we decided to fly through Mexico City and enjoy the city for a few days while we were there. The entire staff went above and beyond our expectations to make...

So easy to get in and out, walking distance to the best shopping and best restaurants. Great butler service and amazing amenities. Well appointed. The owner said hi to us and...

My recent 5 night stay confirmed all the good things written about the hotel. Great location, in the relatively safe area of Polanco. The staff are, without exception, friendly, efficient and caring. In particular, the concierge desk worked wonders with travel arrangements over the somewhat difficult F1 weekend. Rooms themselves are well appointed and comfortable. So, why only the 4...

I can not say enough about this amazing boutique hotel in the Polanco area of Mexico City. I have stayed in many hotels all over the world....and this one might be my favorite of all time. After a communication error regarding our upgraded room, we were moved to a Junior Suite. It is so spacious and the décor is beautiful....
