I am obsessed with this hotel. The service was awesome. The gym is the best hotel gym I've ever experienced... a wide variety of machines, free weights (barbells and dumbells), and cardio equipment, plus room for stretching/yoga/core work. The spa is very nice as well, with a women's only jacuzzi built in a corner with panoramic city views. The conference...

Stayed at the Hilton Reforma this past trip instead of my usual hotel. While the Hilton Reforma is a four or five star hotel and has many advantages over my other hotel there are some areas that are lacking. Check in is excellent as it always is with a Hilton property, front desk staff is efficient and friendly. Room was...

Spent 3 nights on a business trip. The weather in mid November was fantastic, and I had an opportunity to sightsee a bit in the reforma area. You could not pick a better location for walking around, for restaurants, and things to do. The hotel was usual Hilton quality and comfort, and pleasant bar. Also had time to visit the...

I usually like Hilton. In this case I understand that one of their best sides is always the location. So this is no exception and this hotel is in a great place to walk and move around great areas of this huge city. However although it is a hi end hotel they charge extra (a lot!!) for parking, Internet, access...

Enjoyed the hospitality of the hotel bar and restaurant staff. Food was sensational, restaurant on 6th floor had a relaxed feeling and with the open doors allowing the balmy November air swirl around the tables, it was magnificent

Excellent hotel in a first class location near to all the museums and excellent restaurants. At every level the staff were friendly helpful and willing to assist. The room was very spacious with fabulous views of the city. The restaurant El Cardinal is one of the most exclusive in Mexico and is regularly used by the elite in the city.

My favorite hotel, not only are the rooms spacious, new and clean, but the staff is also very friendly. I've stayed here twice and had nothing but a positive experience. Everyone i've dealt with speaks english very well and it's conveniently located in Centro so you can go out and explore during your free time.

Staying in Alameda

Neighbourhood Profile
Alameda
This beautiful park was once the playground for the wealthiest families in the colonial era, and is now the perfect place where locals and visitors can spend a sunny weekend afternoon to relax or shop for souvenirs at the market. Kids can run around or grab a bite of cotton candy while teens and adults wander around admiring the charming gardens and the sculptures that adorn it. Once the heat rises, it may be time to visit one of the many cozy restaurants or cafés with its characteristic art nouveau facades to cool down and call it a day.
