Stephanie helped us check-in and was very accommodating. We had reservations that included a buffet breakfast but since we were checking out very early next morning, she offered to "pack us breakfast boxes" to take with us....which we declined as we were flying in the plane's prime cabin section. She then offered and had delivered to our room a very...

I stayed here (my first time in Mexico City) for 8 nights for a business trip. The location is excellent; there is a nice park across the street w/ lots of vendors on weekends, and the walk to the Zocalo is direct and filled with chain and local shops. The restaurant in the 1st floor (Dones) is very good. The...

As this was my conference hotel, so I didn't have much choice but to stay here, in between the crew on my flight. I enjoyed staying at the Hilton Reforma. It took a little while to check in but it was a very personable approach, which meant I didn't really mind the wait. The rooms are spacious and the beds...

I LOVED this hotel. I was there for business last week and everything about it worked for me: service, location, food, and comfort. My room as spacious, with a great view of the city, ample space, nice shower, and a great bed with soft linen. The staff were very attentive. If you get an executive room, you'll take advantage of...

We stayed at the Hilton Reforma, a very large hotel catering for tourist groups, business travellers and events. The rooms are what you’d expect in a 4* hotel, the service was good and the buffet breakfast had a wide choice, including fresh fruit, pastries, cooked breakfast both European/American and Mexican. The swimming pool is outdoor, a single lane and exposed...

This hotel is in a good central area, the Mexican restaurant in the lobby was very good with reasonable pricing, there was a seafood restaurant next door that was also very good, the rooms were big and it was very clean. The area around the hotel was save during the day, but very dangerous at night which is true in...

Stayed for 4 nights on business, as my firm had a large conference in the hotel. Overall, a very good property. Join the Hilton Honors loyalty program and you get good perks, like free wifi. El cardenale restaurant on ground floor very good (and popular for brunch).

I have stayed at this Hotel several times, mostly because I am a HHonor Diamond member and this is really my only choice of Hilton's in Mexico City. the hotel is located near the old part of the city, the building is dated. If you are an elite member of HHonors, the rooms are big and comfortable, but again, very...

I was here for 6 days for a conference. Room views and amentities are great. The plug that stops the water in the bath tub from flowing out was broken and it never got fixed throughout my stay. That was the only (very minor) incovenience as I didn't use the bathtub. The staff was helpful and polite.

Staying in Alameda

Neighbourhood Profile
Alameda
This beautiful park was once the playground for the wealthiest families in the colonial era, and is now the perfect place where locals and visitors can spend a sunny weekend afternoon to relax or shop for souvenirs at the market. Kids can run around or grab a bite of cotton candy while teens and adults wander around admiring the charming gardens and the sculptures that adorn it. Once the heat rises, it may be time to visit one of the many cozy restaurants or cafés with its characteristic art nouveau facades to cool down and call it a day.
