I've never stayed at a hotel with such poor service! The infrastructure is good (i.e. good rooms and amenities), and the location is good (i.e. near touristic center), but all of this is irrelevant when you factor in the quality of the service. Let me give some examples: (i) My wife and I arrived at the hotel and decided to...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 4 weeks ago

Just spent two nights here. Absolutely love this hotel. Fantastic, central location right across from the Alameda. Immediate area is very safe, with a ton of interesting sights, museums, and places to eat. It's about a fifteen minute walk to the Zocalo, much of it on a pedestrian walkway (no cars). Sunday is a particularly nice day to be here,...

This was my first stay at this particular hotel and was quite impressed. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Next time I stay in the Reforma, I will certainly come back.

Great place to stay in Mexico City. A short walk to the beautiful historic main square with the Cathedral and ruins of Temple Mayor. Directly across from the park with many beautiful paths & fountains

It is a shame.. this hotel has great potential but I guess the administration don't want to spend any money. Great location, the rooms are good size and the general areas are ok. But the rooms itself are in terribly bad shape. The furniture is old and mistreated, dirty anywhere you look, specially the bathroom, you can see accumulation of...

This is my third stay at the Hilton Reforma and I couldn't be happier. Holding status with Hilton at this property is a HUGE boon. I've never been treated this well at any property as a Gold. Received 2 upgrades to Exec floor out of three stays. Even my non-upgraded stay, I was given lounge access. Even with full access...

Amazing breakfast at EL Cardenal restaurant located at the lobby, but do not stay there, the rooms look old, the furniture is rusted. You will feel the room is dirty and will have a hard time sleeping.

Used points for a quick overnight stay in MXDF. As a diamond member I was upgraded to an amazing corner sweet with incredible views. Evening cocktail hour and breakfast in the executive lounge was spot on with local flavors well represented. Staff was kind and solicitous - even bringing binoculars for my son. Highly recommend this Hilton property when visiting...

Staying in Alameda

Neighbourhood Profile
Alameda
This beautiful park was once the playground for the wealthiest families in the colonial era, and is now the perfect place where locals and visitors can spend a sunny weekend afternoon to relax or shop for souvenirs at the market. Kids can run around or grab a bite of cotton candy while teens and adults wander around admiring the charming gardens and the sculptures that adorn it. Once the heat rises, it may be time to visit one of the many cozy restaurants or cafés with its characteristic art nouveau facades to cool down and call it a day.
