Our vacation to Mexico City was a wonderful success, and the El Patio77 B&B was responsible for a lot of our pleasure. The staff there is incredible, each one going the extra mile to see that we had a terrific time. They gave us maps, translated Spanish to English for us when we needed an idiom to use to get...

El Patio 77 is a boutique hotel located 3 subway stations or 40 minute walk from the Zocalo. The hotel is decorated with great style with Mexican art and innovative design. The people who work here speak English well and are extremely helpful. Breakfast was traditional Mexican style, but they accommodate food allergies. One of the owners was there every...

Two buildings were joined and lovingly restored to create this charming b&b. We stayed in the Vera Cruz room which might be the only one not facing a noisy street. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, the breakfast delicious. It is in a working class neighborhood, not your usual sort of location but totally safe. A few block walk...

I loved El Patio 77. The building has incredible style, with each room decorated in fascinating and original ways. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast is delicious. I know a few other people have said the beds were too hard, but we loved the firm mattress after the soggy, back-paining beds of California. The water pressure in the...

Arrived very late to the warmest Mexican welcome at this fantastic hotel. Beautifully renovated building in a great location, the interior is a delight. The staff are just outstanding, great breakfast (which is different everyday) served by lovely ladies, nothing is too much trouble for the team at El Patio. Don't look any further than this place and speak to...

Loved this place! It is absolutely beautiful and in a quiet residential neighborhood. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. Get a room with a street view! Only warning - the Guerrero room is stunning but does not provide a lot of privacy as the bathroom is essentially integrated into the room, there is a guest bathroom...

Room is perfect: enough space, ecological stuff, perfect bed! Breakfast is delicious: local food well prepared on time! Location is also very good! Outrageously beautiful hotel on a nice street near downtown. We really lucked out on this hotel - we saw it on Tripadvisor and decided to book and I'm so glad that we did. It's not obvious from the street that there's a hotel there, which was a bit hard on our taxi driver, but once you're at the iron gate,...
