My wife and I are still love this classic hotel. The lobby and in-house breakfast/brunch restaurant are stylish. The staff is always helpful. Secure taxis at the door if you need them. Regular taxis on Reforma three blocks away. Metro three blocks away. A good concierge with maps and advice. And discount prices on regular rooms. The park, the museums,...

Arrived from the "red eye" flight at 1.00 am. As before the staff, were polite and helpful. If you would like a special bed arrangement, double, king etc. I suggest you request it at the time of making the reservation. The restaurant is charming, the food Mexican and good. Despite what another reviewer said, I suggest that for the money,...

We had booked (via telephone) pick up in the airport upon arrival, but unfortunately no one showed and when we called the hotel they had lost our pick-up information. The hotel is very charming, the rooms are fine and has a safe. The breakfast is ok, but expensive. The general service is very good.

My returning visit to this classic hotel ha never been a disappointment. Located in the heart of the Zona Rosa, two blocks from the American Embassy, on a somewhat quite street; This is the best of all worlds in Mexico city. Service is beyond par, and they help you explore this 500 year old city. Dining is excellent, and prices...

There is something charming about this hotel, aside from its history, its a period piece, almost a movie set. While it can do with a spruce and a carpet clean I am drawn to this hotel. Its apparently famed for its sandwiches - the BLT's were rather good. The service overall was attentive. Towards the rear of the hotel at...

We stayed at the hotel from Dec 28th to Jan 8th. We arrived at 7:30pm and were greeted by the bell hop and a check in process was quick. We went up to our room number 306. I opened the door to a nightmare. The room was dark, musty and filthy dirty. The carpets were horrible and so was the...

We spent 8 nights at hotel Geneve in Mexico City. We traveled as a couple, and our purpose was leisure. We chose the hotel because of its central location, reviews on tripadvisor, and authentic look. Impressive interior and service as if it decorated and conceptualized as the beginning of 19 century. It's located in Zona Rosa, city centre that guarantees easy access to public transportation and nice restaurants and sightseeing places. and also very safe even in night time. Police patrols around here in night time. In winter season, the room was little bit cold.
