Experience the most legendary hotel in Mexico. Avant-garde elegance and first class service are characteristics that the Hotel Geneve has maintained throughout the more than one hundred years since its inception. The architecture and decoration bring to mind a classical European style. The many antiques and pieces of art have become an integral facet of this museum hotel. Located in the heart of the famous Zona Rosa, the hotel is just a couple of blocks away from one of the most important avenues in the country, the well known Paseo de la Reforma. The Hotel is within walking distance of business and leisure areas which include many restaurants, bars, clubs, museums and the Centro Historico, or Historic City Center.

We booked a junior suite but upgraded to a master suite: “The Winston Churchill.” The upgrade was costly but worthwhile as the junior suite did not meet our expectations. Comfortable but old and needed updating. We stayed 10 days. Ad OMG, “The Winston Churchill” and master

The lobby is amazing. It is close to bars, restaurants, shopping and reforma. The area is busy especially on weekends. The drinks in the bar are reasonably priced and very good. They have a spa and the services are reasonably priced. The room is old but decent. Wifi works well.

What's a taxi fare from airport to your hotel?
We paid about 300 pesos ca. 15 dollars for a taxi from the Hotel Geneve to the Airport. The hotel also has a private car service BUT it costs 3 x as much!

Are massages available on a Sunday? If so, how far in advance do you need to book? Many thanks!
Did not take a massage nor use the Gym/Spa. Suggest u ask at the hotel if they would offer a massage on a Sunday.

They maybe very helpful with some but they were not at all helpful to us. It’d be interesting to hear your experiences. When we were there, the entire had seemed to have a Don’t give a damn kind of demeanour throughout.
