The lobby and common rooms of the hotel are very nicely decorated and offers a window to the past with their amazing collections. The rooms themselves aren't that special but will do their job quite nicely. It's located in a nice neighborhood called Zona Rosa.

Nice historic hotel with great communal areas. Room was big and clean with colonial style furniture. Ours looked on to a ventilation shaft so had very little natural light which in retrospect we could/should have complained about. But there are cages of birds in the breakfast area which is CRUEL AND REALLY DEPRESSING. It would have been a pleasant stay...

Getting to stay in the Geneve Hotel was a great experience. This is actually a museum with great art displays, excellent premises that capture the mood from the past century with luxury and comfort. There are displays that show the history of shoes, sewing machines, typing machines, coins collections, scissors, phones, and lots of history. Rooms are comfy with a...

We stayed at hotel Geneve twice, each time a couple of nights. Let us start with the good: the hotel itself and the lobby are gorgeous, full of history and really one of a kind. The location is excellent (Zona Rosa), centrally located, relatively safe and close to the main tourist attractions (with plenty of Uber drivers around to use)....

Thank you very much for this review, we have a 200 megas on wifi speed, it seems to me ( and I wil double check it) that the works that are done in the street are blocking, sometimes our signal, which is provided by optic fiber. we are in the procees of putting more lights in each room as new carpets....

From the time you enter the Geneve, you are taken back in time to a grander age. The public rooms are a museum. The location is ideal. Convenient to restaurants and shops. Ariel, the concierge is a gem. He could not have been more helpful or accommodating. The room was clean and serviced promptly for the week that we stayed...

I was lucky to stay here twice this month on business . The first impression, at 4.00 am!, was 'wow!'. Unfortunately there was an extremely surly elderly man behind reception and we didn't receive the warmest of welcomes, even though my business partner has lived for some years in South American and speaks excellent Spanish The rooms were comfortable ,...

My daughters and I enjoyed this classic, well-located hotel on our recent visit to Mexico City. We found the staff to be accommodating; our beds, room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The food was adequate to good. Friendly suggestion to the restaurant involves details, e.g. when serving a bottle of wine, to bring the classes at the same time....

The Hotel Geneve is always my choice for a top hotel in Mexico City. Superior rooms, along with superior service is always a constant with this facility. I love the fact that I feel like it is a second home, and in some cases my first home. You can not find a much better choice when visiting Mexico City.

My family and I (7 of us in total) stayed at the Hotel Geneve on two nights, one week apart (March 9, and March 17, 2017). I went to the hotel's website, booked three rooms for the 7 of us, and booked a private van from the airport to the hotel on both occasions. This private van was booked through...
