This small hotel is the perfect spot in a safe tourist area with a bunch of eating places walking distance. The rooms are spacious and big and yes super clean. The staff is super friendly and I have made this hotel my regular when visiting mexico city. There is a family owned store next door with fresh organic fruits, snacks and cheeses and artisanal bread u need to try and they have a friendly dog that welcomes you! In the hotel the person that always goes above and beyond in customer service is Miguel, make sure you ask for his assistance. Great hotel, great price and good area. Safe travels everyone!
My family and I stayed here for 4 nights and the staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. Armando Lopez was the best! Our room was also comfortable and very spacious! Would definitely stay here again when we come next time!
This is a great hotel just beside the Pepsi Center and very near Avenida Insurgentes. There are many good restaurants in the neighborhood. The location is rather far from the city center, but the metro bus is nearby and Insurgentes is a good street for walking across the city. The staff of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The gentlemen at the front desk were welcoming and Armando Lopez was particularly helpful and gave me a lot of guidance regarding nearby places of interest. Armando also gave me great assistance with the bus schedule. My room (#001) was large and attractive and very dark and quiet at night. I very much enjoyed my time at the Isaaya Boutique Hotel and I am looking forward to a return visit.
I have been traveling for business and private around the world since 40 years. But this hotel will be always in my memories! The hotel is beside the Pepsi Center - for us a very good location. Many restaurants nearby. The hotel is very nice with very spacious, clean and nice rooms. We had the luck for one with a terrace! All the equipment works really fine! Finally a hotel, where the rooms can be light up bright or with nice indirect light, an electric curtain etc etc. all in one panel beside the bed and other places. The hotel meets highest Covid standards! You are temperature scanned and get antibacterial gel every time. The staff always wears masks and even gloves, when they act with you! In your room always is a fresh set of gel, mask and gloves for you! Super delicious breakfast etc etc. But what really makes the difference is the people working there! It was very overwhelming for me, to feel and see, how much the people care about the persons coming to their hotel. I believe you have to travel many, many miles to find such warm hearted and professional people! I even told the hotel manager (with my little Spanish), that he also is doing a good job to get and keep such people, who really see your well-being as their dedication - but by heart and not because it is their job! I'd like to thank the whole team for making our stay in the Isaaya Hotel and CDMX so wonderful and memorable!! Special thanks to Antonio, Miguel and Rafael! But also to the chef for the breakfast, the ladies who make up the bed, the night porter, the guys who park the cars etc, which we had not so much direct contact! You are really exceptional people and a superb team! Please keep up you hard work! I really wish you and your families all the best and lots of success for the hotel! You are the real 'stars' for the hotel ranking! Thank you again and please stay healthy! I recommend this hotel even though it might make it harder for me to get a free room next time I'll be in CDMX! :-) Hasta el rato!…
I literally checked out this morning, was there three nights & four days. The entire staff of this hotel went so above and beyond for my mom & I. Especially the gentlemen at the front desk. One of them (I wish I remembered his name), lent me his personal login to his Netflix account, when I wasn’t able to login into mine, which was so very much appreciated. The hotel is nice, but the employees are the spirit of this place, so whoever owns this hotel, don’t let them go!! If you’ve ever considered giving them a raise, please do so because their kindness and attentiveness towards the guests is unmatched. I’ll probably be back in December, so I’ll keep you guys posted. They have a little restaurant downstairs & I’ll be honest the food quality could improve significantly, but we weren’t even upset about the food because the server & people who deal with room service delivery of the food are so charming & funny. If you decide to order food to your room, I recommend the club sandwich. Overall, I can’t be any more happy with my stay. I look forward to being greeted by the amazing staff when I return.…
