The stanza hotel is located within the best neighborhoods of La Roma. On our stay, the hotel had an awful sewage smell that made it quite unpleasant for sleeping. The concierge lacks basic courtesies and customer service. For the price and location I would recommend this hotel but given that our trip had a business purpose, we did sacrifice the...

Your opinion is quite important to improve the quality of service. The park and it´s sewer system are being renovated. We are looking forward to seeing you the next time you travel to Mexico City. Greetings.

We stayed here with 4 of friends for a a tourist visit to Mexico City. We all live in San Miguel de Allende. The staff were, for the most part, extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived early around 1:30pm and we're all able to checkin. The location is perfect. Lots of restaurants nearby and an Oxxo. Close to the metro...

Starting with the positives, the hotel is clean and well presented and quiet at night so suitable for families. It's location is ok as you are quite close to 'Turibus,' if you are in the city for a few days but it is a bit of a walk to the regular bus stop and even further to the subway. It's...

We stayed here overnight before our flight back to LA and chose this hotel due to the proximity of the subway station -Ninos Heroes. We wanted to be able to get dinner in town and not have to stay near the airport with limited options. It was about 3-4 blocks from the subway exit and was a straight shot. Look...

This hotel has everything you need. Comfortable beds, nice staff, great wifi. It has the perfect location Roma which is the trendy part of the city. The staff is multilingual and you feel very looked after. They can help with cabs and there are great bars and cafés in walking distance.

Have stayed here a couple of times and it is clean and comfortable. Nothing special but has an agreeable atmosphere. I stay here because there is a wealth of restaurants in the area (Colonia Roma) and it is perfectly safe. A good hotel for when you are being careful with the budget.

I don't think we will be returning to this hotel. To its credit, the hotel was very convenient because we came to Mexico City last minute during spring break. We usually stay in the area because we like it. The hotel was a little more expensive than we customarily pay, but it was clean and comfortable. The wifi is pretty...

Helpful staff, Eric in particular spoke very good English, and was always willing to help. Each staff member from bellman to housekeeping was friendly and always spoke. Safe and in a nice neighborhood where we felt comfortable walking around.

We stayed in this Hotel 3 times, and have always found it satisfactory. Helpful staff, very safe location, very good buffet breakfast and comfortable room. Computers available in lobby for a small fee. Buffet breakfast costs a little more at weekends. Nice area in lobby for sitting in. Reception staff were very helpful in advising where to get tubes etc...

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights, the front desk staff is rude, when we checked out our first impression was that the manager was playing sexual games with the lady receptionist, Mayra, she was too rude when we arrived, she gave us an occupied room and never apologized for the issue, but made us wait for...
