I stayed at the hotel for more than one week and I recommend it for its great location and its helpfull staff. I had to change rooms because my first bed gave me a backache. The people at the desk where very helpfull and we went through several rooms until i found the good one. A big thank you to...

I stayed in this hotel on the way back home for one night. It is one block off Paseo de la Reforma and close to the Angel. Check in was good. We asked for two double beds and turned out to be one bed with two bedframes. The room was clean and comforatable. The bathroom door was a sliding type...

The room is large (#905) basic, very clean. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, welcoming and genuine. Included breakfast for all types from eggs and beans to yogurt, bran and fresh fruit plus coffee, tea and juice. If you need a corkscrew or an iron, the staff are ready to assist. My room had a great view, lots of...

Stayed 2 nights and really picked a good one when I booked this hotel. Zona Rosa is safe and vibrant. It is also a gay area. Loads of vehicular police presence, but I never felt threatened at all. The hotel is funky and clean, and the front desk team is very very helpful. The breakfast was great! Would re-book in...

We loved our stay in the Valentina, a boutique hotel with chic modern design in the Zona Rosa. It had all the amenities you'd expect; good breakfast, bilingual staff, comfortable beds, great location close to Metro and nightlife. But it also has something rare in an affordable hotel; a distinct and unique design. The only downsides: a bit of wear...

I have been lucky enough to be able to do some travelling in several countries. It is very rare to experience this level of customer service. The hotel is centrally located in Zona Rosa "gay district" of Mexico City. Its is walking distance to more than enough night life and activity. I originally was only booked to stay 4 nights....

Valentina is really easy to get to, either by taxi or public transit (there are Metrobus stations at both Insurgentes and Hamburgo, for example), and is just a few blocks off of Reforma. My partner and I had stayed in Roma at the beginning of our trip, and decided to base ourselves in Zona Rosa towards the end of it....

I love this hotel. Small, quiet and very pretty. The breakfast is pretty good. This time I had room 601 with my dad and it was perfect. Very spacious and the bathroom is hugeeeee. Its in the zona rosa, so expect lots if sex shops and gay couples around. If you mind, the this is not the place for you....

I arrived late in the evening, very tired and exhausted from my long journey from Europe. They welcomed me nicely and showed my my booked standard room on the 2nd floor. This room was horrible!
