Although this hotel is it a great location, the service is so terrible, will not be going back. Stayed there 3 nights, then left for Puebla and came back for another night. The fiirst room we got was ok except for the filthy carpets on the floor, tv has not one english channel, the bathroom was clean and fairly sized...

I was treated great I arrived late in the evening after 9pm no problem checking in standard room on back side of hotel 3rd floor. Big window facing fiesta americana hotel and in the morning you will here traffic but you are...

Overall: Good for Professionals and solo travelers on a budget. Found this Hotel through Expedia at a great price, read the reviews on TA, and chose to stay here for my adventure trip to Mexico City. The Hotel has a great location right on Reforma close enough to Chapultepec, Bellas Artes, El Zocalo, and all the Shopping, museums, and nightlife...

A friend of mine and I stayed here on a Fri-Mon weekend. The hotel has a very impressive exterior, and is located at an amazing location on Paseo de Reforma, one of the most beautiful avenues in the world (IMO). We got a two double bed room, and it was large enough that we didn't feel cramped (probably 14x25 ft...

I chose Imperial Reforma because of the possibility of staying in such a legendary place. On other trips to Mexico City, I have stayed in at least four hotels in that general area, so the "location, location, location" adage does not apply. MANY other hotels share the superb location and access to La Reforma. Primarily, what does apply is the...

My partner and I decided to stay in this hotel because we went to a convention just a block away from here. I must say, we enjoyed our stay. We got in the 3rd floor our king size bed room, very comfortable bed btw. Very nice and big window, since I like rooms with light, this was very good. The...

We had great service. The room was meh but we were hardly there. Mexico City is for exploring. Super location. Breakfast was overpriced and terrible. Mexico City is big fast and loud so it's hard to sleep unless your use the noise on the Paseo De la Reforma.

I booked through Expedia, we stayed there for 6 nights, the hotel was rated a 4 stars, but do not look like a One star hotel according to my experience. This hotel has no rules for guests, they cannot control anything at night (people parting, screaming, slamming doors, etc..) all night until 6am disturbing the entire floor level. I called...
