Just spent 8 nights at the Beverly. I'm a frequent visitor to Mexico City and recently decided to try a new hotel. I was quite pleased. The hotel is located conveniently next to a Metrobus stop and numerous restaurants. It's well-maintained, clean, safe, and comfortable, and doesn't break the bank. I was especially impressed with the maid who cleaned the...

Definitely not a five star hotel as they like to state on their website. The rooms are clean and quite large, with very big beds (although terribly hard). The staff is friendly and very polite, but quite slow. I was there with colleagues, and it took forever to check in and out since the reservations were mixed up. There is...

Very clean, good service, friendly staff, centrally located. Room is quite large (I stayed at a jr suite), internet works (though sometimes a bit slow). In all, excellent business hotel, especially when considering the price ($75). Note that if you book via hotels.com or similar, breakfast probably won't be included. I learned this the hard way. Breakfast is quite good,...

The hotel is nice. The staff is very nice and helpful. For this price range $75 to $100 I dont think a person will find better. In this area most of the hotels are higher priced and not much better in quality. This is a safe area and there are many restaurants nearby. Is about a 8 minute walk to the...

I have been staying at the BEVERLY for over six years now. This is a good 3 star hotel, not 5 as they advertise. It's clean, in a very safe area of Mexico City, lots of restaurants around, a supermarket about 200 yards away, and usually a very good staff on hand. HOWEVER, my last stay here was 7-8 months...

During the week this hotel is an island of English surrounded by Spanish i.e., the weekly, business clientel is mostly English speaking but on the weekends, the locals tend to populate the hotel. This is a 5 star, boutique hotel conviently located close to public transportation, restaurants, a casino, major streets, the Plaza de Toros and a soccer stadium. There...

We stayed for 6 nights at the Hotel Beverly as it was closer to Coyoacan and friends we have in Colonia Napoles. A little concerned after reading some of these reviews but we found the service to be excellent, the staff to be very friendly and accommodating and generally were very pleased with everything we experienced at the Hotel. Average, clean hotel, not quite worth the price of the rooms. Staff are very friendly although not knowledgeable about the area or attractions. Unfortunately had a bad experience with one of the managers when attempting to arrange a late check out (after a two week stay), which ended in an unpleasant situation. There are probably better places to stay in...

This is a great hotel. The location is excellent, the service is good, the rooms are very clean, and the breakfast included is quite good. Maybe the only draw back is the old carpeting in the rooms. Other than that it was perfect!

I stayed at hotel beverly for 3 nights, august 2011. I found it very pleasant. Staff were friendly and professional. Wifi in rooms was good. Small complaints: Breakfast was mediocre and there was a bit of noise from the bar in the evenings (probably more a problem for the lower floors). But overall, I liked it and would recommend it...
