Recently stayed here for four nights while in town on business. The service was very good and the concierge desk was helpful with questions and arranging for taxis. The room was modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. The sleep quality was good. There are several very good restaurants in the hotel. The neighborhood is nice and there are quite a few...

Good room equipment and nice wellness area. Many restaurants, but expensive, e.g. for breakfast. Better restaurants outside in walking distance. Very good area of Mexico City. Nice view from the rooms. WLAN has good quality and included.

Excellent location near Parque Chapultepec. Rooms spacious and clean, but compared with the rates to be paid insufficient service. Everywhere too strong ACs. So, if you want to stay on a unique place in CDMX it's fine, but do not think about the invoice.

I spent a week in May at this hotel. The room was spacious and well kept and the city views were amazing. Lots of restaurants in the hotel and close to nearby shops and restaurants in Polanco. The gym can get pretty busy around 6am. Plenty of choices from breakfast selection. Will definitely recommend it to anyone on a business...

We stayed at this wonderful hotel in a safe and beautiful section of the city. Walking distance from shopping centers, restaurants, museums, metro system and the incredible Chapultepec Gardens, with its beautiful Castle, lake and zoo. Our room was facing this park directly and the Auditorium. There were plenty of taxis and tourist busses just across the street, and a...

Since 2014 I've been coming to Mexico City and staying at Intercontinental Presidente. However, the last 2 stay were extremely disappointing. Believe me, I'm a frequent guest (fact that they fully ignore, by the way) and they insist in putting not prepared people in the reception. This last time were by far the worst experience: made my reservation through the...

Hotel El Presidente Intercontinental – Chapultepec Mexico Rooms are spacious and well appointed. The one I stayed in had been remodelled. The bed was very comfortable and the TV was 42” with easy to use remote. The room had an L shaped couch for lounging and good bathroom and shower facilities. I like the hotel as you have to have...
