Lovely hotel with nice friendly staff who all went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay, and spoke good English. The room (and especially bathroom) was well designed and spacious, and very modern compared to some others I've stayed in. Breakfast was yummy, waffles, bacon and syrup for me, but there was a big selection. Really enjoyed it!

Nice hotel! Do not really understand why it has 4 stars only. Will give it 5 typical stars. Sure, it is not luxiry one, but really ok with nice location. Stuff is very freindly and professional. Recommend it.

I travel frequently for business and occasionally for personal reasons, and my experience at the Sheraton Santa Fe will remain at the top of the list. The hotel is very nice, the rooms are immaculate and the service all around is superior and genuine. When I check in, the hotel clerk could tell I was exhausted so he did everything...

This is a good solid business hotel, convenient to the business district. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is fine. El Bajio, next door, is good. Breakfast buffet is very good and the staff is attentive. The lounge/bar has a decent, but limited selection. The biggest gripe is the lack of free internet service. It is unconscionable for a hotel...

Very nice hotel, the staff was the best, Lupe was really helpful and attentive, thank you Lupe. The room was great, it smelled like vanilla, but not in an overwhelming way. The bed was comfy and soft, I think the price was very cheap for the value you get back.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has created a nice new alternative at Santa Fe for my future stay. I was upgraded to Executive floor (who knows why) and that obviously improved my experience. Yet I can easily compare to other hotels in Santa Fe in which I have been upgraded in the past as well, and...

The Sheraton brand has excelled all expectations in this super hotel in a Mexico City suburb near the convention center. The room I stayed in was vast (a sharp contrast with some European hotels that lavish money on lobbies but squeeze people into quasi-coffins. The décor was ultra modern business, (browns and greys, targeting men?) with every amenity possible, including...
