As an experienced spa user in many places, I appreciate the quality of service, impecable facilities, and friendly staff of the Marquis Spa. I had the blessing of receiving massage treatment "piernas cansadas (tired legs) and deep tissue with Allan, who is an excellent therapist. It is also impressive his professionalism providing the massage for the exact time that I...

It is people, not buildings or rooms that make a hotel a great hotel. Arturo, the bartender at the Sports bar ads an additional star to the Marquis Reforma. Everything I experienced during my stay was excellent but just one thing. When I changed US dollars to Mexican peso at the front desk, a hotel woman passed me only 10 hundred-peso bills, instead of 11. I saw she picked 11 bills from cash register, but gave me only 10, which disappointed me a lot.
