The Hyatt Regency is a fantastic hotel! Excellent restaurants! Love love love it here! The neighbourhood is fantastic for shopping, beautiful, safe and excellent service. This is my new "go to" hotel in Mexico City. I always use Uber, even from the airport, and everything is always super smooth.

I've been here a couple times. Rooms and service are good - the kind of standard good you would expect from a chain Don't skip breakfast! The breakfast buffet is excellent (albeit not cheap). They have the best baguette that is always fresh (house made). They also serve an organic milk in small glass bottles that is delicious
