I was in Mexico City for business and stayed at the Sheraton for the weekend so I could experience Mexico City. The hotel is in an awesome location right across the angel in the middle of Mexico City. there is any type of food you want within a mile of the hotel. I went to a few restaurants that were...

The hotel is perfectly located on a main street in the city close to shopping and restaurants. The staff is very polite and helpful. I had a couple of small problems that they solved immediately. I was very impressed. The restaurants inside the hotel are also very good. The fitness center is wonderful. Modern, well kept equipment. There are plenty...

IHotel is in a safe area. Rooms are small and not is a very good shape. If your room is to the right from the elevator, then it might be very loud. Rooms to the left are less loud. Wifi worked fine. The staff is very friendly, but sometimes there is a line to the reception desk. Breakfast is very...

Grand old dame, centrally located right on Independence Square. Check-in relatively painless, room in main part of hotel (not newer Towers) not a worry. Clean with most mod cons, but with an uncontrollable aircon whose noisy fan drove me crazy day and night. Yes sir no sir from reception never seemed to achieve the desired result - of making the...

The hotel is well located, nice ambience at the lobby bar, the rooms and halls are really old they require an intervention, they have free wifi at the bar for only 2 hours, If you need it longer, must pay. Service is good as any other Sheraton, for the cost per night they should include the wifi.

Overall, our four night stay was OK. Great location, nice clean room in the renovated area of the hotel, high floor with Angel view, however the toilet did not work very well. The disappointing part was the Club Lounge. It is only open in the morning and evening with just adequate food for breakfast and evening snacks. To our surprise,...

What you'd expect from the reliable Sheraton- very helpful staff that proactively look to help you- you never need to look around or approach anyone. Clean, comfortable rooms in a great location to walk or get metro nearby. Great buffet breakfast.

Good hotel in a very good location. Downside is they charge for anything extra ... local calls, internet access, breakfast. Located right next to the Plaza de Indepencia, with many bars and restaurants nearby Has a good gym too.

Due to business reason I spent 1 week in this hotel. I usually select Sheraton structures looking for quality environments. Rooms are old and require to be renewed, moreover are quite small (this is something you do not expect from a Sheraton Hotel - pls refert to the Santa Fe one for sure another level). Not perfectly cleaned. Breakfast is...
