Stayed here for a week. We've got complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi during our stay. Breakfast is delicious, variety of choices and nice atmosphere. Room service is excellent, they always try to keep it clean. Walking distance to museums and mall. Restaurants are all over this place. The room we had don't feel very roomy but it's OK. Wi-Fi is limited...

The hotel is very tired and old. The rooms are very small. The hotel has lots of problems. My room was changed two times because i had problems with TV/Internet and also with hot water. Stay at new property.

Ideally located next to the Angel of Independence monument and a short walk from the huge Chapultepec Park with all it has to offer (the spectacular Anthropology Museum, Zoo, art museums and more vendors selling more items than I've ever seen), this hotel is a great headquarters location for touring Mexico City. Superb staff, nice dining options on site and...

Best hotel in Mexico City, great staff, wonderful rooms and an amazing location. Look no further, this is the hotel to stay. Great ambiance, the Jorongo bar and Mariachis is the best in town. The USA embassy is right next door and the zona rosa across the street.

Expected it to be an excellent place to stay for our 6 day vacation due to the reviews and we were not disappointed. Great location, can walk around the city. We had the alley view but that did not bother us. Staff were very helpful. Received excellent service. Room clean and comfortable. On our first night the room was not...

As other reviewers have mentioned, the quality of the rooms varies greatly. Some are very nice, some are just ok, and some are bad. Also they charge a lot for internet, even if you are an SPG member. For some reason this property demands that you be a platinum member to get free internet access.

This hotel is perfectly situated, on Reforma, to be able to wander around the city and enjoy the local eateries. The hotel itself is getting on a bit, low-ceilinged lobby, slightly smaller than average rooms, but is still a decent bet for the area. Pleasant service.

Our room looked right at the Angel on the Reforma and yet we weren't bothered by the noise. We ate at the Club Room for breakfast and had some late afternoon snacks there as well. The staff at the Club Room could not have been kinder or friendlier. The food there was very good and it was so convenient and...

Mexico City is so much more than what the Mexican tourist places are. The food is different, the people are different, and attitude is different. Amazing city, full of culture, history, color, fine restaurants, incredible service. You can go non-stop for a week and still not see and do everything. Really enjoyed our week there. No issues with the altitude,...
