Sheraton has fallen behind time and newer hotels in the city. Location is the best, service is tops. However, facilities are seriously outdated. Carpets stained, public spaces uninviting and rooms need to be refreshed. Gold within SPG means close to nothing so, don't expect a fresh room, nor lounge access. Internet is terrible and for those who pay for it,...

Central location, spacious rooms, ample breakfast. Close to parks and bus tour (TuriBus). Practical free WiFi. Some nice restaurants in streets around. If necessary, English speaking staff. Would be nice to have ATM in the lobby as most taxis and restaurants just accept cash

Some rooms are older than others and need some upgrades, check in was just ok when I tried to change my reservation which was done through SPG it was a headache, it took Javier to step in to help out. Breakfast was good, bar and restaurant staff were very attentive. Not sure if I will choose this hotel for my...

My company changed from Hyatt to Sheraton and I have to say Sheraton has a lot to learn from Hyatt when it comes to consistency in quality and service. I already have 8 stays ytd at different Sheraton properties in Latin America and I have to say that I have yet to report a good experience..... I have stayed at...

Great Hotel for business because there is plenty to do after business meetings. You can have a nice walk on Reforma, and good food and drinks all around the area. The hotel is going trough renovations.

was a nice business hotel... wifi and breakfast costs extra and there are some really nice breakfast places next door.. Even though I am a Marriott Gold member, I was put in the Towers (the old section :( ) and told it would cost USD 30 extra to get to the new section... I checked in around midnite - the...

Not sure if I stayed in an area of the hotel that is closer to the boiler but the water pressure was almost too much. If you had it turned too far up it would sting sensitive areas. The room is average and I don't care for the nasty shower curtain either. What I loved about the hotel is the...

I stayed in this hotel for three nights while in Mexico City on business and was quite disappointed. It is a huge hotel that provides very little in terms of personality which is a pity as it is located in a very culturally rich and lively part of the city. The rooms are average at best - nothing special. Many...

This is a massive hotel next to the US Embassy, so good to have a Starbucks in the premises. The Italian restaurant is good, with some great Mexican dishes actually (so not sure it is altogether Italian. The deli offers an average breakfast buffet experience. Nothing spectacular but good enough. The exercise room/gym is cramped but has good machines. Where...

Stayed a couple of nights here and glad we did. The location and staff can't be beat! We were upgraded to a lovely suite overlooking the Ángel de la Independencia. The room was incredible. We ate breakfast in the club lounge and it was very satisfactory. The Club Lounge does not over free wine like some others but it was...
