My stay at the Sheraton was for 9 days in November 2016. Registration was busy when I arrived but reception went through the queue to sign in quite quickly. The room was spacious and modern. Breakfast is 'standard' international Hotel chain stuff but OK and the staff were friendly. The surrounding area is OK but could be a little noisy... More

We stayed in a room on the 17th floor this November, 2016. The room was spacious with two full beds, ample pillows and linens, and a very pretty view. The staff were fantastic from our entry to the hotel at checkin until check out. We asked the desk staff and bellboys about local eating taquerias and their advice was excellent.... More

Found this hotel through TripAdvisor and it worked very well. The staff was competent, friendly and helped make our stay very enjoyable. The hotel was very clean, well appointed and well maintained. We enjoyed the breakfast in the restaurant each morning and the one lunch we had on our last day in town. The consigner was extremely helpful in guiding... More

Location is great for doing business in town. The room I had was clean and with modern fittings. USB slots for charging your mobile equipment at the desk. Good breakfast and overall food at the Manhattan Deli, avoid the Lobby lounge Bar - my seat was dirty, service slow and not attentive. Great atmosphere in the Mexican theme Jorongo Bar... More

Rooms are OK in size in the starting range. Services are OK. the location of the Hotel is beautiful. In the front is "Angel of Independence". It is a victory column on a roundabout on the major thoroughfare of Paseo de la Reforma in downtown Mexico City. Hotel Staff try to speak English. Front Desk people speaks English. Hotel has... I stayed for 3 nights and it was a lovely stay. The staff is great, friendly and helpful. Easy check in and check out. I was in a renovated Queen bedded room. Lovely renovation, comfortable bed, but pretty small. It was only me, I would say hard for a couple. The gym is amazing and the location of the hotel... More

The good: good location, excellent gym, breakfast and nice outdoor pool and lounge The bad: tired rooms, no free wifi in rooms This hotel isn't as good as it thinks it is or could be. It could use a complete refurbishment to keep it relevant
