The staff at the Hotel including the manager on duty, the front desk personnel, the doorman, the bellman, the restaurant manager and particularly the staff of concierge personnel were all friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Although it's been a while since we visited Mexico City we have stayed at...

If you want a nice room on a very well located hotel I would encourage you to stay here. Make sure to try out the food at the restaurant is amazing, if you are lucky you might run into some famous persons. Try to get a room with a view to reforma.

I travel to Mexico City several times a year, and I have stayed at every major luxury brand. The Four Seasons Hotel has everything going on. Location - it's close to all major landmarks: chapultepec park/castle, polanco, roma, condesa, etc. Great restaurants - the Mexican restaurant at the hotel has innovative recipes highly recommended. The bar at the hotel is...

This is a lovely hotel with a particularly gorgeous interior garden, filled with plants and a large fountain. An inviting retreat from the crowded city, it reminded us of the courtyard of a vast hacienda--except with hip, modern flourishes--and unlike the more standard high-rise luxury hotels in the area, which could have been in any city in any country, the...

Having returned last night from a 9 day stay at the Four Seasons Hotel in Mexico City, I could not have been more pleased. The facility itself is perfect, but even more phenomenal is the staff. Everyone:concierge(s), housekeepers, restaurant host and wait staff, Business Center staff, Tech Support staff, front desk staff, housekeeping staff--every employee of the hotel was friendly,...

What you expect from a big city FS hotel. Comfortable rooms, good service, excellent fitness center, buffet breakfast etc. Pros--wonderful central courtyard for drinks, cigars and sitting outside. Quiet rooms. Attentive staff Cons--rooms are a little tired and pretty standard. Bar service was slow. St Regis is more stylish, more modern, the FS more traditional in tone.

This was a beautiful hotel - I'm a frequent four seasons visitor, and I just really enjoyed this location. I got a deluxe suite, and the views were pretty, the rooms were large and comfortable, and clearly redone. The bathrooms may need a bit of a touch up within the next year or so, but overall, a clean and lovely...

Wonderful stay in downtown Mexico City easy walking distance to most of the sights. The hotel itself has a central courtyard which keeps the sound to a minimum. The hotel and bar are excellent though the hotel gets busy quickly and the staff seemed overwhelmed (breakfast order was wrong several time times). I would still recommend the hotel.

My wife and I travel extensively and always choose 5 Star accommodations with an emphasis on a unique experience. I am very particular doing hours of research before I book a hotel. The Four Seasons D.F exceeded all of my expectations! My wife and I absolutely loved our experience from start to finish.

Amazing experience, great service. Love this hotel! I have stayed here at least five times. They have remodeled most of the rooms in the past two years. Classic hotel but with modern rooms. Beautiful courtyard!
