Spent 2 nights at the St Regis at the beginning of a trip to Mexico, and it was just wonderful. There is nothing like being greeted with a glass of Champaign. My daughter loved the little candy dishes everywhere. The service was superb on every level. Everyone in the hotel seemed to know my name within hours. The room was...

This is a very nice hotel. The staff were always helpful and not intrusive. We used their spa services, had a nice room service, had dinner and drinks in the King Cole bar and breakfast every morning that was great. We also used the car service extensively (to and from the airport and for side trips). It's not cheap, but...

I challenge you to find a better hotel in Mexico City. From the impeccable staff to the stellar location, the St. Regis is a jewel of DF! We rang in the New Year in Astor Ballroom. Our entire group said it was one of the most memorable New Year's Eve parties ever. If you are looking for a five-star accommodation...

Focus in details, great experience where people at the hotel look for your preferences and make you feel unique. So clean , great property Service a great surprise, maybe they just have to check service at the bar and at the restaurant its kind of slow. But rest of hotel its great.

This hotel was an amazing option in Mexico City. I stayed with a girlfriend who is a travel agent that's stayed at St Regis hotels around Europe. Our room was brilliant with plenty of space, comfortable beds and great amenities. We also had a 24 hour butler for drinks, snacks and anything else we needed. We didn't really need it,...

The St Regis Mexico City is located in Reforma avenue, which provides both for spectacular views and for a noisy stay. It's a good hotel - but yet another St Regis that fails to live up to the expected standards one expects of such a luxury brand. First for the plus: Our loyalty benefits were duly recognized upon checkin. The...

Formally situated in the Business District, this hotel is very well run generally. It doesn't have much personality though, there's a real generic-air about it. The staff are friendly, polite and efficient. I did feel that one of the concierge's was directing me to restaurants that suited him, for some reason, rather than what I was looking for. Hmm. The...

Was outstanding in every way. Stayed three nights, used their car service and bar. Rooms are exceptional, service top notch and friendly. Lovely luxury hotel in Mexico city, while the location was quite noisy it was in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city which is a plus in my opinion. The breakfast was incredible and the rooms were phenomenal!
