The staff went above and beyond. Not only did they accommodate a very very early arrival but they bent over backwards to make our stay nothing short of exceptional even the strawberries and champagne that greeted us on day 1 for our anniversary. Would recommend to anyone in town!

This is a downtown hotel - more of a business hotel. But even still, with 2 kids, we had a great stay. Room was gorgeous - seems like a recent remodel. And room service food was excellent. Kids loved the candy bar on the way in. Service was also very good. They are quick and very customer-oriented. When a cab...

This was our second stay at the St. Regis with friends. I could not recommend the hotel more highly. The rooms, the service, and the attentive staff made our visits perfect both times. In addition, the food both in the restaurants and for private dining was great. I am looking forward to our next trip. I wouldn't want to stay...

The hotel is centrally located, with restaurants on site, so if after a day of touring the megalopolis that is MC you are too tired to seek out a resto offsite, you will eat well here. Naturally the rooms and service were superb. If you are adventurous (and I was) there is a metro stop 5 minutes from the hotel;...

The staff was spot on and escorted me to my room which was quite plush. Layer a butler knocked on the door offering help on any need although I'm not sure what need I would have. The bed was great and the sheets must have been 600+ thread count. Seperate shower and bath areas. Shower was wonderful. Breakfast buffet in...
