Overlooking the Zocalo in the centre of Mexico city and close to many museums, galleries and local restaurants. Excellent rooftop restaurant. Above all, the reception staff Ruth, Hari and Eduardo were extremely helpful and charming. Would definitely stay there again and it was good value.

My husband and I stayed at the Hampton Inn, Centro Historico in Mexico City for a week. If you stay at this hotel you do not need any more advice than asking Edgar or Martin. They will tell you what to do, where to go, they will arrange for your tours, restaurants, anything you need. No tourist books necessary, they...

Overall very good and will go back. No gluten free options at breakfast and the air conditioner with some noises. It is in the Center of the city and it was great for walking around at any time. Staff was very friendly.

We were a bit hesitant to stay here as is in the centro historico and were expecting an old and noisy room. We were pleasantly surprised to find a charming hotel with amazing staff. It is only a few blocks away from El Zocalo and metro stations, walking distance from Bellas Artes and a lot of great places to eat....

I have stayed here a couple of times. Not super impressed with the rooms - they are average at best. But the location is smack in the middle of the historic district, and less than 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral and some restaurants. Good breakfast included in price and nice decor overall. Room could use some refurbishing. Carpet was...

Keep in mind that this is the Hampton Inn and not the St. Regis (which I also visited) and you'll congratulate yourself for staying here. First, this is probably the best redemption in the Hhonors system at 10K points per night. Second, the location may be the best in the city - right in the heart of the historic center...

As I said in the title this little hotel offers a great value for people visiting Mexico City. Located just a few steps from Zocalo Central. Plenty of things to see in the surroundings, from museums, bars and cozy restaurants to the old Catedral and Palacio Nacional that host Diego Rivera's best known murals. As the hotel goes, clean and...

Great location for first time visitors and tourists who want to be in the middle of everything. The rooms are a bit tired but spacious and clean(ish). The staff's hospitality was among the very best anywhere. To person they were helpful, friendly, and kind. The suites were adequate.
