This Hampton inn have a great location in Mexico City the zócalo is within walking distance as well as several shops as well as the cathedral and several other historic sites. The hotel was very clean and the room size was perfect.

My tour agency booked this hotel for me and it was perfect. My room was so quiet and so clean and neat. The housekeeping staff was wonderful but the front desk people were a bit on the "stiff" side. There were two restaurants that were available downstairs, both had good food. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want...

I have stayed many times over 40 years throughout the City. This small hotel is a gem in the center of the world's largest city. It is a boutique hotel with small adequate room, quiet, clean, wonderful beds and staff. Fantastic free breakfast plus attached bakery with healthy -style restaurant. Area feels safe due to police presence, but be smart....

Staff was very helpful, rooms were always clean, and although the building itself is a bit antique the inside is brilliant. Hotel is so close to great restaurants, to the Zocalo, and also to the Palacio de Bellas Artes, Would definitely stay here again.

Nice and comfy with nice staff. It has a nice ceiling and an old building. Very close to Palacio the Bellas Artes and Zocalo. Mexican/American style breakfast with pastries. The internet is not perfect but it works. It completely stopped working 11pm the night before our departure. Clean room & nice terrace. Very quiet.

I booked Pyramid tour through the concierge desk. Lots of delay at every step. The tour wasted my time and gave a terrible experience. In addition, there is unreasonable refund process. Don't waste your time and money for it.

This is the noisiest hotel I ever stayed at. You can hear every sound in the atrium. Guests in adjacent rooms are easily overheard. Everyone passing in the hallway and slamming doors will keep you awake all night.

We are sorry we were not able to provide you with a better quality of service. This is not typical of our usual Hamptonality and welcoming staff, and we are always looking for ways to improve our customer experience. We try hard to make sure all of our guests have a great stay as we are all about Satisfaction Guaranteed....

We experience hot water issues in this accommodation. The front desk receptionist just told us off that we just had to turn on the shower longer. We did, unfortunately, it didn't help. We reckon that the heated water wasn't able to handle the accommodation's capacity. Therefore we had to shift our schedule to one where we had showers before anybody...

I stayed 5 nights at this Hampton. This is a well run, clean property. The rooms and hotel may be a bit quirky, due to its unique history and location. This is more for those who do not wish to experience a "sterile" corporate hotel. It is located in a vibrant area, at least in the afternoon and evening. There...
