We were able to stay here after trying 2 more different hotels in 2016 and 2017, this hotel again surpassed our expectations. Front desk Osheilla provided exceptional customer service and our clean lady named Juana was super good at cleaning our room. Congrats to the hotel manage

All rooms have windows like this, without a view. It is actually covered with just light. It has a light that you can switch on or off. Day or night, it feels like dawn breaking into the room - so it was kind of nice.

Can I use my American hair dryer or do I need to buy an adapter?

Has anyone stayed in the studio with 3 adults? They say they have a "sofabed" for the 3rd person. I wanted the "suite" but they say its onl pply for 2 although they have a "sofabed" in the other room.?????
They do have a sofá bed, it’s actually very comfortable!! We have stayed there more than once and we had 3 adults the first time we stayed there... I think there’s a little extra when you mention the number of guests at Check in/reservation.

Hi Jim, We are a group of 8, all first timer for Mexico city. We have booked to stay at your hotel from Dec. 5th to 9th 2017. We would like to listen to your suggestions on: 1. transportation from MEX airport to your hotel - public or Uber? Does your hotel offer a shuttle? 2. daily tours for the four days - do you offer any or should we book online from U.S.? 3. Performance at National Palace on Wen. Dec. 6th - is it too later to buy tickets after our arriving? Do you sell or reserve tickets? Thanks a lot in advance for your help! Best wishes, Emily Chen Michigan, USA
As far as the airport trans goes...I just went to the taxi stand by the luggage retrieval and they charged about 220 pesos for two. Reasonable

1.- Uber, I don't know if hotel offers free shuttle, but I don't think so. 2.- You better buy them while there, ask the hotel's concierge. 3.- I am not sure what you are talking about, I don't think there are performances in the National Palace, did you mean the Palace of Fine Arts? if so, I looked at their website and there's nothing scheduled for December 6th. Maybe another venue? could it be the Auditorio Nacional? There's a rock concert that day of Mexican Alternative Rock "Enjambre", but I really don't know what you are looking for. In any case, most things are sold online thru ticketmaster and you can purchase ahead. Regards, Luis
