The furniture seems older. Can spruce up. Amenities are good. Can do better. We will be back because of the service and courtesy of the staff. Breakfast was muy excellente.. They could easily arrange airport pick up and drop off. You can charge a fixed fee also. We will be back. The taxi arranged by the hotel was superb. They... More

Dear Varghese G: We are humble by your flattering comments about our service, location and especially about the “courtesy and service received from our team members”. Our property was upholstered 2 years ago when carpets, bedding set and furniture were upgraded, since then we have also recarpeted meeting rooms and upholstered furniture in our restaurants. Staff especially in the restaurant are great. Takeout cup for remaining coffee is a great touch! I twice forgot to put the privacy sign on the door... luckily I was already awake when housekeeping knocked at 7.30am both times... that does seem a bit early! Not the hotels fault in any way... but it is a noisy location. There's always... More

Dear Paul O: We appreciate your comments in regard to our staff at the Restaurant. Let me start by mentioning that our Housekeeping Department follows a strict cleaning process, assigning them a time frame to finish cleaning their allotment of rooms, starting with the empty units at 7 AM and completing their task at 5 PM, as they are inspected... Would have been a better customer experience had they been able to check to see that I have stayed their often and that the preferred rate should have applied...even though I forgot my badge. Overall the counter staff, Room Staff and greeters are very friendly and most of the time very helpful.

The hotel is very clean and modern and in a very nice and safe location. But the lobby walkers(the mangers, bell hops are just a total waste and no help to anybody! as matter of fact they are misleading the uninformed tourist and guests by pushing the hotel provided (very expensive- taxi/limo service). I made arrangements with one of them... More

Centrally located to business activity. Pricing still acceptable for our corporate policy. I feel at home in the surroundings and the concierge floor is a great touch with beautiful views of La Reforma Avenue. I would recommend this to anyone who knows the Marriott experience.

As a businessman, I loved the helpful staff; the incredible lounge on the 16th floor with generous, healthy portions; the amazing friendliness of the staff, the well appointed health club and spa; and the central location on Reforma. My only disappointment was the lack of real espresso coffee in the lounge and in the rooms.
