The minute I walked in I was welcomed, the Executive lounge is amazing and the bar is great for happy hour. This hotel was rocking the whole time I was here. Great place would definitely go stay here again!

Granted we chose this hotel since it was an opportunity to use some of our accumulated Marriott Rewards Points and since it offered us a decent central location. Very generic business oriented hotel that didn't have an obvious flaws but even the main lobby bar & the rooftop Executive Lounge failed to provide us an area of comfort to relax.... More

I tend to stay at this property several times per year. There always seems to be a slow down either at check in or check out, not in terms of number of people but the staff is actually pretty slow. I have chosen to perform these tasks on the app but still slow during check in. The gym at this... More

We were there a week. The staff can not do enough for you. The executive lounge is very well run and the food is very good. The hotel is located on the Reforma and everything is very accessible. This is a great located hotel for business and the lounge is terrific by Marriott standards (more like a JW Marriott lounge). The big problem is that half the rooms face a black wall - so when it says 'no view' in the booking that is what it means. This makes these rooms very very dark.
