The staff was very hospitable, friendly, and helpful in meeting all my needs from late arrival to special requests to information needs. They reserved me taxis to dinner and the airport, confirmed the reservations, and handled all my matter diligently.

First , maybe as it's Mexico city I must say, I felt safe here. The neighbourhood is good, you can walk everywhere. Good location. The hotel was clean and had a good service. Friendly staff. The city itself was much nicer and better than I thought.

The full day spa service is great, people there are very nice and provide you with a locker that has a bathrobe, slippers, towel and toiletries. You can use the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool. The hotel is very nice and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. I really enjoyed the gym and breakfast buffet was delicious! Every time I travel to Mexico City I enjoy staying at Marriot hotel. I want to thank the staff who was very helpful every time I needed anything.

Had a brief stay at this property. I found it safe with clean quiet rooms and friendly staff. Short walk to three different Starbucks. Good place to have a meeting. I found the gym well equipped and with plenty to keep me busy.

The staff here really go out of their way to help you, from recommending restaurants nearby, finding us a driver for a day of touring, hailing a cab, any question you had was answered. Staff remember your names and greet you when you enter. Room was very comfortable. Roof top executive lounge was very nice too.

Vegetarians have no luck in its Executive lounge!! And upon request for substitute menu involving simple vegetarian replacement dishes was not successful. Secondly, the potty seat on the WC came off twice while sitting and doing the job. Scary as my wife fell one time.

When I checked in I found a nice message made of rice on my bed!! This was done by Martha Rodriguez my housekeeper. She was very polite and always available to help.
