When i asked to get a taxi to the airport from your concierge service. One member told me that it would cost me 350-400 peso. I asked why does it cost much higher then the rates i paid for coming from airport to the hotel. They told me it is executive service which does not make any sense to me...

Visiting the Marriott Reforma was a pleasurable experience. I enjoyed having a cocktail each night at the main bar. The on duty staff made me feel very comfortable and the entertainment each night was excellent.

Very friendly staff. Great location. I thought the wait to get a drink at the hotel bar was too long despite it being fairly empty. The hotel Is very close to many restaurants and great walking neighborhoods.

Clean and safe. Good location is perfect, between the city center and Condesa. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Service was irreproachable, always there to serve you. I would surely recommend this hotel.

This is a great Marriott property. The building isn't new, but it is well maintained including furnishings, spa and service. The rooms are not tall and perhaps could feel a little cramped, but the overall space is there. Everything works and the furniture is nicely appointed. The best part of this hotel is its location, you are in Paseo de...

As a chain hotel i would expect good service; nothing fancy, just good service. 1. Staff in general are not guest oriented. Front desk staff are not attentive; chef @ the buffet was not helpful; banquet service staff not well trained. Food @ Condimento is average, nothing outstanding. The room was clean however one day the bathroom amenities not were...

My trip began by speaking with Casandra Moreno, in the reservations department, and she took very good care of my requests. She was very polite and cordial and explained to me...

Its what you'd expect from a Marriott back in the States. Its clean, decently maintained but nothing spectacular. Stay at the JW if you want that. I was in a corner room and it had a decent view of the street. I was afraid it would be noisy but it was fine. I had club access and went for breakfast/snacks...
