It has been a couple of years since my last stay at this hotel. I have chosen it because it is across the street from the US Embassy and seems very secure, which it still is. However, I have been very disappointed with the level of service, or more accurately the lack of service, at least at the executive lounge...

The trips to Mexico City was phenomenal. The hotel was very clean and the people were exceptional. One that really stood out to me was Brenda Medina. She was very polite and hard working and made sure that my stay was very accommodating. It was the little things that she would ask me about regarding how my day was that...

When you stay at a Marriott property, you are assured of a consistent experience, and several visits here this year have confirmed this. Even my stay this week with a fully booked hotel and events being held, the outstanding staff provided the excellent service that makes the Marriott Reforma my only choice in Mexico City. For the business traveler, the...

I couldn't ask for more. Every time I stay here I have a blast. They have an awesome swimming pool, gym, restaurant on the top floor, great rooms; and best of all, the best customer service you could ask for. Whenever I go to Mexico City I make sure to stay with them every time when it is possible. I...

A Very good location and very comfortable rooms. A very nice service by the staff especially by Alejandro Sanchez at the reception. You have to pay for the internet at the hotel and there wasn't a place where the internet was free (I didn't like this).

I was a few weeks days in Mexico Cit, the hotel is nice, with large rooms, a more than decent breakfast (with chefs preparing some dishes at the order), free wifi for member guests, the lobby was busy all times but with a nice bar

I stayed at the Marriott about a week ago for a two week business trip. The service was impeccable--from the hotel check-in staff, concierges, housekeeping, and restaurant staff, by the end of two weeks, many greeted me by name and I them. Alejandro Sanchez at the front desk and Pascual from the concierge staff were especially friendly and helpful with...

I stayed for two nights in a King room. It was spacious and comfortable: great bed, large bathroom. It had a decent view from the corner but could have had more light. My room was ready for an early check-in. The service was attentive during my entire stay. The lobby is warm and welcoming. Great location in Zona Rosa and...

We stayed for four evenings earlier this month and had a very nice time. 1. Staff were extremely helpful and professional. 2. The concierge helped organize a private tour to the pyramids with only a few hours notice. But they just as happily described less expensive options if we had preferred. 3. The roof top lounge has a great little...
