I stayed here two nights and for the price which included a home cooked breakfast was the best value for money deal in all of Mexico! The staff were very helpful with info and sights to visit. The location was great, a few minutes walk from the Teatro Principal which is also the bus stop if coming from the Terminal....

My trip was at the very last minute, quickly had to look the accommodation up and Casa de Pita stood up! I was not disappointed! What a lovely family taking care of their guests! Nice breakfast, very interesting rooms (all are different, so do your homework in order to find out what suits you the best). Owners feel their guest...

We stayed for a week at Casa De Pita and it was a great base for us to go out and explore. We had one of the small rooms which was fine as we were out and about all day. Breakfasts were wonderful and the staff were so friendly. We loved the rooftop deck although it could use a few...

I stayed at La Casa de Pita for 4 months in 2007 and 2008. Doña Pita treated me like a member of her own family. She went out of her way to make every guest that came through her doors feel like they were truly at home. Every day I awoke to enjoy breakfasts made with love and care. If...

We had 3 nights at Casa de Pita. The 300 year old building is an attraction in itself with the view of the town from the roofop terrace being a real highlight. Paty the owner and her staff and family were super friendly and helpful. And the included breakfast was very nice. We stayed in two different rooms - both...

This place is not worth the money charged.Had booked 6 night in the classic suite. If you are a large person or have difficulty with stairs DO NOT attempt to stay here. Just getting to the front door requires numerous steps and pulling your luggage up 30+degree slopes for. Took my money immediately prior to seeing room. Narrow steep stairs...

This b&b is so cute. The rooms are all different and eclectic. The beds huge and oh so comfy! Everyone was so friendly. Breakfast was different everyday. The view from the roof was lovely. The location - perfect. Close to everything but just off the main drag so it was quiet. Rooms were clean. Wifi however was patchy in our...

I was with a group of 3 motorcycle guys touring Mexico. Merrill, our leader, had stayed at Pita's previously and had it booked for us. I was very happy with my room, the breakfast, and everything about the place. We were there for two nights in February of 2015 if I remember right. Great view from the rooftop patio, good...

Location is great. Very close to the action. Downside is that shower trickled only scalding hot water and, although initially charming, there are many opportunities to slip or hit your head on low ceiling and cramped rooms. Breakfast was mediocre with canned fruit and beans. Food is so reasonable I suggest saving your appetite and eating in one of the...

Good location, very friendly staff. A pleasant breakfast is included. Comfortable rooms with enough hot water for showers. Not for anyone who cannot handle stairs, however. It is a bit up from the Plaza Baratillo.
