If you like the lovely historical buildings of downtown Guadalajara you will most certainly enjory the Hotel Morales. Rooms ring two covered courtyards, each courtyard with a central fountain. It's hard not to pause a moment and gaze at the classical view as you enter and exit from your room. Friendly and helpful staff made my stay a plesant one.... More

This hotel was a stopover for us before a flight out the next day and it really made me want to stay there much longer. It was clean, elegant and just a few blocks to many historical and cultural tourist attractions. Our room was spacious and the air conditioning and internet worked great, as did the jacuzzi. It was a... More

We stayed at the Morales in March for two nights. We arrived on an early morning flight, but were allowed to check in well ahead of the normal check-in time which was great! This hotel has been heavily, but tastefully, renovated. We stayed in the newer section with a courtyard (interior) window. This suited us just fine as we really... More

This was our second visit to Guadalajara within two years and we decided to stay at the beautiful Hotel Morales again. The staff is wonderful, always cheery and friendly. We ordered in-room dining service several times, and the food is great. The hotel is located within the colonial, historic district and walking distance from many historic attractions. Great location in Historic Guadalajara. Amazing Hotel architecture, Casona style. Free Valet parking, and parking is close to impossible to find, Great service, very comfortable rooms, amazingly hot and strong water pressure in bathrooms(is in issue in some hotels in Mexico), and great Breakfast buffet (chef cooks custom egg dishes on request) about 10 for adults and 5-6 for kids.

What a beautiful surprise! My colleague recommended that we stay at Hotel Morales, during a conference, and it was perfect. Very comfortable room, stunning hotel, gracious hosts, and well located near many historical sites.
