Looking for a hotel was a challenge and almost no further options then staying at the Westin. You want to be save you don't think about the price at first mind. When we called, they only offered us a room at 399...

Dear Mr. Broaways, I am very sorry to hear about the situation you had to go through. As you may be aware, due to the hurricane alert in Mexico, we had to take measures in order to give support to other hotels (including our own chain hotels) and provide rooms and additional space to their guests. Unfortunately, this unexpected event...

We were evacuated from Puerto Vallarta during Hurricane Patricia, and were bussed to Guadalajara. Our vacation company put us up in the Westin. It's quite swanky, and as hotels go, it was quite upscale compared to other options in the city. We even co sidered moving hotels, but decided to stay at the Westin for the duration of our "stranded"...

Nice location, room was spacious and comfortable but I was not able to get the type of room that I reserved due to arriving late. I had to settle for a small standard bed. I then had to have a hard discussion with the front desk to get my SPG number in the system and my associated benefits. On a...

Modern hotel with incredible views of the city. Awesome for business and have a drink at the lounge. You need your room key required for elevator access, and it has the plus of a Gym. If I had been given an room upgrade for being an SPG member it would have been so much better...

I am presently at the hotel, preparing to check out. The hotel has been wonderful, and the staff has been excellent. I gave the hotel an average rating because of the game they allow the taxi drivers to play. Each night my wife and I went to eat at Los otates. The first night we didnt know any better and...

If you're in Guadalajara for a show at the convention center, there is no better place to stay. It's so convenient (right across the street), the service is fantastic (my Spanish is limited, and everyone speaks English...) and the rooms are very comfortable and quiet. One thing I have found in three consecutive years staying here is that the hotel...
