There were very few aspects I could fault about my stay in Mexico's second tallest building and the tallest hotel in Latinamerica (at least, that's what Wikipedia says). As befits its recent construction, all seemed shiny and new and in good working order. There were no problems with noise, or the installations in the room, we had a coffee maker,...

Arrived at 10pm worn out after a long day of traveling only to be told that they had a "small problem" and didn't have a room for me any longer. Seems they overbooked and gambled wrong. Was shuffled off into a taxi for a ride to Aloft. By the time I got checked in there all the restaurants were closed...

Seems like the tallest building by far in the middle of the city (40 floors). Gigantic hall, nice large rooms with a great view, decorated in such a quirky green that only Spanish people (and hotel chains) can get away with. Excellent quality, clean. Breakfast buffet we hear it is a legend here. It is truly huge, big choice, different...

I stayed in the hotel for a week, in a room on the 34th floor. The bed was very comfortable, the free minibar was a nice touch, and the buffet breakfast that was including in the room rate was top notch. I forgot my toothpaste, and I was able to get a replacement for free at the front desk. There...

Stayed at this hotel last week while in Guadalajara. I enjoyed it but seemed to be especially tailored for business travelers. I especially loved the buffet breakfast. Excellent! Best I've seen in a long time from a hotel. The one thing that disappointed me was the room service. It was terrible.. not edible. The chicken enchiladas were hard, literally. I...

As a non Spanish speaking citizen of the USA I am always appreciative of a hotel that makes you feel comfortable-without have to try. This is a safe and beautiful hotel in a wonderful part of GDL. And, if you get lost, (When you get lost) you can see the hotel from just about anywhere.

The front desk employees were rude and even patronizing. I was amazed at how we were treated, considering the fact that this hotel is "supposed" to be one of the best in the city. The service we received is definitely not worth the price. The room was ok not what we expected. The breakfast buffet is very expensive considering there...

Stayed here weeks of July 14th and 21st. The hotel is a tall high-rise that is a great landmark to help get around GDL. In summary: Pros: Gym Pool Nightly entertainment in lobby lounge Spacious bathroom Breakfast buffet Other bars/restaurants close by Cons: Can be busy!

once you get past the psychedelic lobby and the interesting room decor, at its core, it's a fine hotel with good service, a solid breakfast buffet and centrally located. The beds are comfortable and it's the first time I have ever seen that anything you find in your room fridge is complimentary. As a grown habit (I guess from being...

The hotel is situated close to most the industrial areas of the city and 15 - 20 mins from the airport. The area around the hotel is not the most charming, but there are some reasonable restaurants within walking distance (e.g., Mexican and Argentine steak house options are very close). The breakfast as mentioned by others is extensive and good...
