We came to Las Mananitas from bustling Mexico City and it was such a wonderful relief. The grounds are manicured, the rooms are charming, lovely pool and spa topped off by the parrots, flamingos, peacocks and cranes moving freely around the property. We had room #11 with a lovely terrace and we chose to have breakfast there each morning. This...

Just spent a night at Las Mañanitas in Cuernavaca and enjoyed it immensely. The gardens are a tranquil oasis in a busy city. Service is prompt and polite and the restaurant is wonderful. We used the spa as well and it was wonderful. I really hope to return to Las Mañanitas soon.

this restaurant provides an excellent experience. Located in elegant gardens with many exotic birds and beautiful fauna and flowers. the food was excellent and the service the best I've encountered in Mexico. the ambience is casual elegant yet you feel transported to a time when people were more genteel and Sunday afternoon was a time to enjoy and relax with...

We stopped in for lunch on the recommendation of our guide. We walked from the hustle and bustle of Cuernavaca to an oasis. What a surprise . Walk through the door to a cool, relaxed tiled entry that leads you to a beautiful garden with peacocks strutting over the lawns and brightly colored macaws . It is quiet and gentle....

The place and the restaurant are outstanding. The service, as in all Mexico, is great. The location could not be better to chill and eat or stay. If you come to have late lunch or early dinner, you are sited first in the garden with entrees and cocktails, nice music envelops you. Then you are guided to your table to...

This hotel/restaurant is absolutely stunning and a must see stop in town! Personally, I went here for dinner on the patio and was amazed by the wildlife, service and quality of food. The patio is gorgeous and is filled with exotic animals including flamingos, peacocks and parrots. They add a brilliant backdrop to the wonderful food. I found the food...

I have been coming here for over 40 years and the old place just grows more graceful with time. Yes the peacock still trumpet the morning's arrival and the groundskeepers keep the lawn immaculate. Good that some things, when they do change, just get better.

Stopped here for breakfast before touring Cuernavaca. What a delight. The garden and surroundings were perfection with roaming cranes, peacocks & resident parrots. Fresh bakery delights, delicious omelets or mexican specialty breakfasts. For the health conscious green smoothies & beautiful fruit and fabulous coffee. Don't miss a meal here if you are in Cuernavaca.

It is definitely a beautiful property, with a nice staff and exotic birds. The food (authentic Mexican) is amazing and the service is good. It usually gets packed for breakfast, so be early. I have never stayed at the hotel, but have seen the rooms, and I think they are clean, but old looking and unimpressive.

We stayed for one night, the room was very spacious. We liked the atmosphere of the hotel. They have an aviary, so peacocks, flamingos and the like are freely walking next to the pool and the restaurant, completely undisturbed by the guest. In fact, the birds could be nuisance. The food was fairly good. Being a daring person, I have...
