We chose Casa Amorita which Rita Love, a friendly and energetic American, built ten years ago on a hill behind the Cathedral with a stunning view of Banderas Bay based upon Trip Advisor reviews. After having returned from a one week vacation there, we can...More
My wife and I stayed at Casa Amorita for one week. Rita Love, the owner and proprietor, has created a most relaxing environment that gives one, as close as possible, the feel of staying in a friend's villa with a few other guests. We plan...More
We wanted to stay in old town Puerto Vallarta, so we could walk around and would not need a car. We searched for hotels without finding much to our liking. A search for “Puerto Vallarta B&B” on Google was more productive.

The fridge is in the kitchen downstairs, but we were very comfortable using it. We purchased bottled water and soda from the local Oxxo and kept it in the fridge. We saw all of the rooms, but I'm not sure which one was 5. We were in the only room with a king sized bed, and I think it was 4. All of the rooms were nice, however. We had never stayed at a B&B, but we loved it!

Yes, the room I stayed in had a enclosed patio that was quite nice, but it does not provide a view. Casa Amorita is in a delightful and quiet neighborhood just a couple of blocks up from the beach. I love this place.
