We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of January. The hotel is interesting to say the least. Our room consisted of bedroom, bathroom, sitting area and balcony. The bed was only a double and not a good one. The fan in the bedroom was necessary as there is no air conditioner, we thought it was going for lift...

View was awesome, room was exactly as pictured, clean, old, authentic Mexican feel, off the beaten trail but within reach of everything, a nice retreat-many steps down to the town but were quite doable (stop and rest anywhere), good eating within walking distance and a supermarket not far. About 4 blocks through down town to the ocean, close to bank....

Just back from a one week stay in one of the 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos. We had a 4th floor corner unit with the most amazing view of PV! As soon as we walked into the condo, I went straight to the open window looking over the town and out to the beautiful blue waters of PV. It truly...

The room is a great value and the view tremendous. The fact that they charged me for a full stay without giving me credit for the pre-paid one night deposit that was required up front leaves me steamed. Additionally, they ran my card for the price of the full stay after only a couple days in to the 4 day...

Just returned from a quick 4 night stay at La Siesta. I had read the reviews and was comfortable with our choice. The drive up the cobblestone hill was incredible. The staff warm and inviting. We had a Jr Suite on the 4th floor. Clean, simple room. Only negative was the VERY hard mattress - typical of Mexico and Europe....

Our stay at La Siesta in March 2009 was a terrific experience. We rented a jr. suite on the 4th floor; it was a corner room with a balcony. Lovely living room/kitchen area, bedroom with 2 double beds, and a bathroom. Very clean, nicely furnished, and the most amazing views of Banderas Bay. The staff could not have been nicer...

We recently spent a couple of nights at the La Siesta in a 2 bedroom suite with another couple. To keep things short this hotel does have some of the most outstanding views in Puerto Vallarta. The units are spacious and nicely decorated. This hotel is not for anyone who is physically challenged as getting to it is somewhat difficult...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week in July. We pre-paid for a Jr Suite, but when we arrived they gave us a master suite! The view is truly the BEST view in all of Puerto Vallarta! This hotel was perfect for us as it had everything we needed on a budget ... full kitchen and even a...

The room was a 4th fl wrap around balcony. Rooms were old but very roomy, comfortable and clean. The views AMAZING!!! The walk going down -no problem. The walk coming back - 1time a day was enough. Getting a taxi back to the hotel though was very easy and inexpensive (We always gave $5 USD). We had a late snack...

Stayed at La Siesta las week - and loved it. Admittedly it is not 5 star - and could do with a refit - but for $200 for a 2bed apartment with fantastic views it was well worth the money. The first night we were on the 5th floor - and the noise was a shock as we arrived at...
