For a night or two this hotel works. Great location. Wifi sucks. Went to the roof for the free breakfast which was really bad. Maybe we missed it. The hotel room was very bare, but it was clean. Pool on the ground floor didn't get any sun. Roof pool was just for dipping.

We stayed here one night. The outside and lobby area are charming. The a\c didn't work at first had to be fixed. The bed was quite hard. What bothered me the most was at night we have bugs/roaches running around. I couldn't sleep. I had the light on the whole night. I had never had this happen to me...so we...

Hotel Eloisa is a surprising bargain with a great location. Rooms can be pretty basic but clean and functional, e.g. hot water 24/7. Do ask for a room overlooking the park (actually a park over an underground parking garage). No private terraces but you can see the Bahia de Banderas. Continental breakfast on the roof deck. There's a great coffee...

The Hotel is you average Mexican Hotel, Clean. Friendly housekeeping staff. That hardly speak English well. The housekeeping staff is very accommodating. Extra towel, bath mat. no face cloth. The room only comes with two towels. The bathroom smelled a little when then didn't have the central fan system on. Just close the door. The light breakfast every morning was...

We booked a room at Eloisa on a moments notice for 6 nights. When we arrived we were greeted by the front desk with a big smile. Check in was a breeze with the mostly English speaking staff. We expressed how much we'd love to be able to see the ocean during the stay and we were put up in...

Stayed here the last week of January, 2015. Friendly service, a quiet, comfortable room for a very reasonable price, and a VERY central location, just two blocks from the beach! I will stay here again!

My wife and I recently stayed at Hotel Eloisa for two nights while awaiting our condo reservation. We rented a suite overlooking the park. We recommend this hotel for its staff, location and cleanliness and would not hesitate staying here again in the future.

Great location, one block from beach and directly on a plaza. Front rooms can be noisy in the morning, there are exercise classes at 9am. Rooms are a decent size with daily housekeeping. Price is right, rooms come with and without A/C, so be careful when booking if that's a requirement. Don't expect much but it's worth a budget stay.

My family and I went to Mexico this past December. We were more then pleased with the service we were provided in the hotel. We are sometimes hard to place since there are 11 of us, but Lilly and Dora were amazing! We stayed in 2 suites and 1 room and they fit our family perfectly. The rooms were clean...

This is a very clean little hotel, it does have suites if you want to stay longer and they are really nice and roomy, the normal rooms are hotel rooms but in such a convenient location where you can come and go really easy. Close to restaurants, shopping, and adventures.. This is a very quaint place......
