The good: The place is really a nice place to stay. I would go back again. The location is great and the rooms are small but nice, and everything was always very clean. Unlike many Mexican hotels, the televisions were modern and I could connect my computer. Overall, the price was really good for this hotel. It was a quiet...

I would definitely return here. We got a room facing the courtyard which I would recommend. They let us store our motorcycle in the courtyard overnight, which was really nice too. It doesn't have all the amenities of a 5-star resort, but for the price you really can't beat it. Plus, it's less than 2 blocks to the beach. You're...

We only spent one night here. The hotel decor is absolutely charming. I loved it! The rooms are very basic. Nothing fancy. You can hear everything through the walls but everyone was pretty quiet when we were there. I worried that my boyfriend and I were the loud ones. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The place was very...

The good: very affordable at less than forty dollars per night, but as another reviewer noted: you get what you pay for. Great location very close to the beach and on the same street as a number of good restaurants. Quaint little courtyard atmosphere, I remarked that the exterior was nicer than the interior of room 13, that is. The...

Hotel Yazmin is fairly reasonably priced (I was there in high season and paid $30/night), clean, right on the Basillio Badillo (so not super quiet), romantic . . . the restaurant associated with it has EXCELLENT COFFEE (hard to find in Vallarta) and excellent food. The wifi is free and works. The water pressure in the shower was divine. One...

Very clean and quirky place. We had 2 beds in our room, which is handy when one person finds it difficult to sleep and turns a lot. It's right in the middle of everything. The town has a great vibe. We stayed for 2 nights and had a room overlooking the fabulous court yard. The rooms are not really that...

Nice art work. Fine for 2-3 days but would not want to be here for a long stay. Food in the area is fantastic and the beach is close. For the price and the location this hotel is hard to beat. The AC units drown out the street noise.

This review is based on a 1 night stay, prior to my flight home. For my purposes, this hotel was perfect...it had charm, the staff were nice, it was 1 block from Los Muertos beach and on PV's "restaurant row". I was arriving from Barra de Navidad, An advantage for me was that the Primera Plus buses make an in-town...

It's certainly at a convenient location, a block away from the beach, and within walking distance to PV downtown. If you are looking for a homey feeling quiet place then this is not it; It's more of a motel feeling, by the way the rooms are layed out and the way people going about their business. The area is very...
