Beautiful view we stayed in 5! We stayed for 12 days love walking into old town, and beach and then be able to escape into our own little hillside jungle oasis! Went into town shop at Mega for grocery and we took the bus every where! People are super friendly make sure you ask the cab how much before you...

2 1/2 star resort with 9 residences excellent view …nice swimming pool…high on the hill above Puerto Vallarta. However the kitchen facilities were not that good. Pots and frying pans were badly scratched and very little cutlery. With being so high up and not near restaurants, I needed to be able to use the kitchen. No dishwasher, old fridge and...

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very small timeshare, not a lot of units so not too busy poolside. Excellent outdoor kitchen by pool if you don't want to cook in your unit. Units very well furnished although we didn't spend a lot of time inside, mostly on walks, poolside and our deck. We had Unit 5A, 3 bdrm. All patio doors...

Arrived on Saturday October 12th, the property is very high up on the hilltop, nice 2 bedroom unit, but was not close enough to the water or beach access. Within minutes of my asking Mr Reyes about beach access and distance, he was kind enough to offer us a 2 bedroom condominium unit, estimated to be about literally 1 mile...

This was a wonderful villa, high up on the hill, with great views and the unit was very nice, furnished nicely, beds comfortable, staff was GREAT. The stairs were a little of a challenge, but after a few days you get used to it, not good for anyone not able to climb up hill on cobblestone streets and then climb...

We knew nothing about this property when we booked other than the fact that it was near 'old town Vallarta'. We were very pleasantly surprised. The unit we stayed in was a two bedroom. It had everything we were looking for. It is an older complex that is very well maintained. Our unit was tastefully and comfortably furnished. What great...

Kitchen furnished with lovely dishes and everything you need to cook a meal. The owners there were quite gracious and so was the manager...

We have recently returned from this apartment and would like to express our enthusiasm for its charm, quietness, view, location and all things Mexican. We enjoyed our visit enormously and would recommend it for people without young children. Our apartment was a good size with a reasonably well equipped kitchen and a wonderful view over the pool, gardens, Puerto Vallarta...

My in laws have a time share here and we have gone 3 or 4 times now for one week around Valentines day. There are lots of stairs and the road in front is a bit scary. The views are WONDERFUL and even when it rains, the air smells great. The place is always clean and smells fine. The attendant...
